Writing Your Very Own Affirmations

Do you struggle with affirmations? Or are you someone who has tried affirmations but they have never really quite worked for you? Quite often we can be repeating affirmations that are not in alignment with our true self. Depending on where we are at on our personal journey the words that work for someone else may not work for you. In this course I am going to equip you with the tools you need to write out your very own affirmations, taking charge of your own personal growth as I hold space and guide you on this journey to self-discovery. You will uncover your own personal limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and stories you have on repeat. We will tap into how you would like to feel on a daily basis, exploring our desired emotions and dreams, and then we will look at ways we are grateful for ourselves. From this space you will write a series of affirmations specially designed for yourself. This course is designed, so that wherever you are on your journey you can adapt the teachings to benefit you in all areas of life.

Lección 1
Understanding The Power Of Your Spoken Words
We come together on this journey uncovering limiting beliefs, leaning into self-love, and transforming our current beliefs into positive affirmations for yourself. In this lesson we will learn how affirmations can affect us in a positive way, and how using your own spoken words, language that will resonate deeply at your core will benefit you in tremendous ways. We explore the importance of self-growth and how our journey is unique and will be different to someone else's path. Beginning to understand how empowering taking responsibility for your own personal growth journey can be. Preparing you for this journey into writing your own affirmations we finish by setting an intention for this course, aligning our mind and body for the powerful work we will be doing together.
Lección 2
Exploring Desired Emotions
We take our first step into our inner journey. Today we will be looking at the emotions and feelings we wish to bring into our lives. When we focus on how we wish to feel rather than specific outcomes our manifesting abilities are powerful. The law of attraction responds to energy, and today we are going to tap into that energy. Through guided meditation and journaling we will uncover your deepest desires. Please ensure you have your pen, paper, or journal ready as we begin the first chapter in this process. At the end of this class I will guide you to write the insights that have come through.
Lección 3
Looking Into The Shadows
Now we have established how we would like to feel, we will today take a look at what it is that may be holding us back. We will look directly at how we may be holding ourselves back from living from our highest potential. Observing our shadows we will uncover the thoughts that hold us back, preparing to transform the insights into positive statements. Once more I will guide you through meditation connecting to the higher self, seeking guidance and asking for insights to be revealed, allowing what needs to be revealed. Have your pen, paper, or journal ready as we journal again as the class completes.
Lección 4
Gratitude & Self Love - 'Atma Prema'
The final step in our process is to find gratitude. We have gone deep in the last two lessons, and now we will focus on all the ways we are thankful. Gratitude is a powerful tool. When you are grateful your mood will instantly lift. You always feel good when you are grateful. Today we will explore all the ways we are grateful, paying close attention to gratitude for ourselves. In today's guided meditation we will silently repeat the sanskrit mantra 'Atma Prema'. This sacred mantra will invoke feelings of self-love and worthiness. Filling your self-love cup up before I invite you to journal your gratitude list. Once again, have your pen and paper ready to write down all that you are thankful for.
Lección 5
Putting It All Together
Now we get to put all our work together. I will guide you on how to compose and write your own affirmations using the words we have written down in the three previous lessons. Have the notes and work you have done in the previous lessons at the ready. Working backwards, starting with gratitude we will begin to compile our affirmations. You will complete powerful affirmations in a process that amplifies their power.
Lección 6
Setting The Tone To Repeat Your Words
With your affirmations complete and written out I guide you into a state of relaxation and hold space for you as you repeat your affirmations. This is your moment to empower yourself with your own words, and reap the rewards of all the work you have done. Today I will teach you a technique known as 'Progressive Muscle Relaxation' or PMR. This can be done quickly prior to repeating your affirmations and will relax the body and mind. This will help you to get into you affirmation groove effortlessly.
Lección 7
Final Words
In this session are some final words on affirmations. We look at how you can continue on your affirmation journey. I give you some insights as to how you can grow and develop your affirmations as you do too. We close our time together feeling confident and ready to use this work in all aspects of our life.
