Introduction To Holistic Fasting
Welcome to this new course about a real and incredible tool namely Holistic fasting!
Holistic Fasting is the fastest process to clean your body, mind, and soul, reveal your true nature, and live in full harmony with yourself.
What’s the difference with fasting? The difference is mainly about your will and what you want as benefits for your health, your intelligence, and how to better manage your thoughts and support your spiritual growth. You’re entirely in the center of holistic fasting, the more you practice the methods presented in this course, the more you’ll have space, time, and harmony for your family, friends, and the world as well.
The techniques presented in this course come from practices like yoga, bhakti yoga, actual neuroscience, management, and self-development, among others. The idea was to create a full experience around fasting with the best tools available out there.

Body Preparation
How do you physically prepare to fast for a long period of time? What do you need to eat before? And what about physical activities? We’ll also talk about your sleeping time before starting to fast.
Lección 3
Mind Preparation
In this session, we'll discuss preparing the mind for fasting. You'll also be given advice and tips for optimizing your time and brain capacities during fasting.
Lección 4
Spiritual Preparation
Today, we'll discuss how to best plan spiritual sessions during fasting to be able to elevate ourselves to a better version of ourselves. We'll also touch on other practices you can do, not only during fasting, but in your daily life as well.

Clean Your Temple
The cleaning phase is really important in the process of fasting, and in this step, we’ll talk about tips and advice to take care of your inner and external world through Feng Shui techniques.
Lección 6
HDD Cleaning
In this session, we’ll talk about the brain and how it really works, its extraordinary absorption capacity, and also, its limits. How can we take full advantage of it in the best way possible?

The Intelligence 2.0
This session discusses intelligence, the true meaning of it, and how to re-allow us what we all have by human rights because we’re all intelligent. We'll also touch on what can we do to optimize our learning and our intellect ?

The Prana Life Force Feast
Today features an explanation about Prana and how this life energy can feed us during fasting.
Lección 9
Intense Breathing Technique In A Holistic Way
Today, we’ll practice the Prana technique we talked about and prepared in the last session. This technique will harmonize your body, mind, and soul, making it one with the universe.
Lección 10
Sleeping & Time Optimization
Today, we'll discuss how to manage its sleeping phases during holistic fasting and how to make extra time for realization. You'll also be provided with advice and tips for sleeping better in order to progress in your “awakening.”
Lección 11
The Pineal Gland
Today, we’ll talk about one of the most important parts of the human body, the pineal gland. Could it be a link between our physical body and a higher consciousness? We’ll also learn to decalcify, clean, and take care of it long-term, and to get any benefits, which are linked to its potential.
The advice and tips discussed are very simple and can be practiced right now.

Lucid Dreams
Now that we learned to sleep in a better way and how to access our pineal gland, we’ll talk about lucid dreaming during holistic fasting.

The Present Of Now
From this stage of holistic fasting, you should have created a space inside you to be in perfect harmony within you with your body, mind and soul. That’s why it’s the perfect moment to practice the present of now and the contemplation, and for that, I propose a few practices to implement in your daily life that you’ll keep for good after your fasting.

Break Your Fast: The End Of A Cycle Back To The Matrix
Here, we've finally arrived! It’s time to “break your fast!” You've kept your fasting for few days already or more but do you progressively come back from a physical, mind and spiritual point of view? We discuss this today.

The Benefits Of Holistic Fasting
Today, we’ll talk about the benefits you can get after a short, moderate, or long fasting time. I'll be sharing the numerous benefits that I get each time I fast and I invite you to also share eyours in the course classroom.

Fasting Calendar & Going Further
In this final step, I’ll help you to create a calendar for your future fasting sessions and explain the benefits of each. We’ll also go further and talk about the possibility for you to own these techniques, making it truly yours.
