Welcome everybody and thanks to join me for this second episode focus on the holistic fasting.
In this new episode we'll talk about the mind.
What the mind fasting is all about.
Well,
We'll go through this topic together and on the way to do so and the benefits you can get from.
Before the beginning I really want to say thanks to Insight Timer to have asked me to create podcast on the app after I've watched one of my video about a holistic fasting journey I have done on a little more of 8 full days.

Now,
What's the mind fasting?
It's really simple.
It's the solution,
The power to clean up as the fasting allows us,
The mind,
The head,
All these thoughts which impact us in our daily life and habits.
It's the power to free the mind,
The continual broadcast,
To break out,
To activate our creativity,
To find peace,
Calm,
To gain clarity,
To be able to sort out our thoughts that we have every single day to release the anxiety and the stress.
In the experience I had,
I made a full holistic fasting for 8 days within some conditions.
Why and how are we so overwhelmed in our daily life and we have all these negative thoughts and emotions which can slow down us or unbalance us inside ourselves and even of the other people around us.
It's very simple.
Your brain is actually a supercomputer,
One of the best which has ever been created on earth and it's ultra powerful,
But also extremely sensitive to its environment.
It can process 17000 thoughts every day.
Imagine that you have to install 17000 softwares a day in your personal computer or your smartphone.
Yes,
Imagine a minute,
A try,
And it's an endless task and extremely exhausting.
But however,
It really happens in that way,
In total unconscious,
In your own mind,
So it takes energy of course.
Now imagine that among these programs,
A lot of them are virus,
Mirrors,
Cookies,
Advertisement or really bad ones.
What do you think it will happen to your computer if you don't clean up it in a regular basis?
Of course,
It will crash a lot of bugs,
Slowdowns,
Lags and it's already time to buy the new one.
But we have only one body and brain in this life and no replacement is possible or available for us.
We have to take care of it,
To protect it,
To always be able to push and give the best of possible.
We stock everyday information through our exterior environment like USB keys that you can connect to a computer.
We need to install the best antivirus,
Best software to protect us and to level up.
Like I said before,
The brain is extremely sensitive,
Malleable to the environment exposure.
We call that the epigenetic,
Which represents 90% of who you are against only 10% of genetics that you obtained from your birth.
90%!
It's huge and you are in charge of that and you can influence all of these parameters.
By the nutrition you have,
The people you talk,
What you listen,
What you learn,
See,
Touch,
Everything has an impact,
Some bigger than others.
Now I just tell you something that maybe you will think about it and make sense.
As it was my case when I heard that for the first time,
They confirmed that discovery with the neuroscience.
We are the average of the 5 peoples we passed the most of our time.
Think about that,
It's just a little bit and you will admit that it's pure truth.
Let's take some examples,
Very accurate,
An athlete is surrounded by a sport team or other athletes.
A millionaire with other millionaires,
A gangster by other gangsters or dealers.
Which is a positive or negative way the facts are here.
So we have the choice to choose very carefully the people we want to expose ourselves with.
The good news is it can also be the books you read,
The visualizations you make,
The author,
Artist you talk.
Even if you don't know them personally,
They have an impact,
A positive influence to uplift the creativity and to expose you to new things that you desire deeply inside you.
I created a guide meditation to develop your creativity,

Now let's talk about concrete things.
What can you do to change that and to put few actions every day but also that's the point here during your fasting.
Which will allow you to repeat yourself and to give you a new breath,
A new energy.
In few points,
One the total isolation from all information and technology sources.
You have to be in flight mode on your mind so put it for real and keep it during the entire time of the fasting experience.
If you live alone it's great,
Otherwise one you integrate family friends that you need calm and to be alone to be fully made for few days.
Two listen some quiet music that have a positive impact on your mood or frequency and amonious ones.
Three read your best books those will help you along your path and select new ones and you can ask me for some advice I have an incredible number for your experience.
Four practice meditation few times a day you now have the time to do so so at least one hour it's a minimum require.
But you can do with few meditation it will be easier than you think now and you will crave for more believe me.
Just let it go and do what you feel always keep calm and check your thoughts.
Five analyze your thoughts write down them and rectify them with new actions.
Six allow you to relax and to take care of you fully and gently.

But the purpose is to create a better world for every living creature now but most important for the future.
