Hello,
Welcome in this new meditation for compassion for yourself,
Love and well-being I'm Yannick G,
I'm Holistic Mentor and my mission is to help and support every one of us to awake,
To be loved and to feel compassionate for each other and other being.
Through this new meditation I want to help you to be in harmony with yourself with the goal to feel compassionate within yourself and for all every living creature on earth.
In this meditation you will learn to be relaxed with a breathing nostril technique,
To accept yourself as you are and to open your heart to protect you and those around you.
We will progressively enter in a meditative state.
At the end feel free to continue in that quiet and restful state as much as you feel.
Now sit down on the floor on a chair or even lying down,
Your position has to be the most comfortable to you.
So now focus your attention on your breath,
Listen carefully your breath and little by little inhale very slowly through your nose,
Just few seconds.
You can count to five if you wish in your mind,
Then exhale through your nose,
Then exhale.
Stay focused on your breath and make it as thin as possible.
You are calm,
Everything is going right,
You are protected by the universe and this precious moment of time and space.
The air that you inhale and exhale is incredible,
It's a source of power for your body but also for your soul.
Continue to inhale and exhale quietly all the time through the nose,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Then exhale,
One,
Two,
Five.
The air in that way give you an incredible energy of peacefulness and wellness.
It allows you to be relaxed more and more,
Your shoulders are relaxed,
Your belly is calm,
The air moves in your legs,
You feel like a stone in complete harmony with the entire forest around.
Feel the love that your body get by itself.
Now put your right hand on your heart and keep going to breathe easily,
Still through the nose,
The most quiet as possible.
Put your left hand,
Right hand.
You can feel your heartbeat,
It's time now to activate your heart chakra,
The one of the compassion.
Allow you this moment fully and surround you by the beats of your heart,
It's vibes just for a moment.
You can follow my breathing through the nose,
Quietly,
An intense heat of energy pass through you,
It's love.
You,
Deeply you want your happiness,
That you love yourself,
That you feel compassionate about yourself.
Imagine now that you are not your body,
You are simple a warm energy of love and well-being who lives in this body and your heart is the countenance of that.
Imagine that your body is another person that you love unconditionally,
That you want to protect at all cost,
That you are ready to give everything just to help that person to be happy.
The well-being that you bring her every day is a precious gift and you are also happy and in complete harmony about that.
At this moment send all the love that you can bring to your whole body.
Repeat after me in your head if you prefer.
I love my feet,
My legs,
I love my belly,
My head,
I love myself for who I am with an unconditional and universal love.
You can now hug yourself,
Put your right hand on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right shoulder.
Squeeze you strongly with compassion,
Love you,
Feed you with a simple gesture of compassion to yourself to always be conscious of the exceptional being you are.
I let you appreciate that unique moment of unconditional love with yourself.
Now you can reproduce this taste of fullness with the others around you to send them what you have just created right now,
To send you unconditional love to protect you and them.
The world need you and we are all part of this world.
Let's unify us to create the miracles and the well-being that everybody wish deeply in their hearts.
Send that universal energy to your family,
To your friend,
To the people you know far away,
Maybe someone you just know and finally to everybody on earth and to the earth itself and all the living creator here.
In that way we will live in harmony.
By practicing that meditation every day you will get fantastic effects on your own well-being and your own world will obviously evolve.
