First of all,
I want to thanks very much IntiTimer to have given to me an opportunity to create podcasts on the app after I've watched one of my videos about holistic fasting I have made through 10 days.

Thanks again to IntiTimer for the opportunity on fasting because after that incredible experience I wanted,
I truly wanted to share the method and process I passed through for 10 days and all the benefits I got and I'm sure you could get them as well.

In that new podcast and those will follow we will talk about everything around the holistic approach and today we are going to start with holistic fasting.

What is holistic fasting?
To sum up in few words it's very simple.
It's a powerful tool you can use everywhere and whenever you want to clean first your body of course.
It means stomach,
Digestion,
Nervous system,
Cells and so on.
Your mind in a second time to activate your creativity,
Stillness,
Clarity,
Calm,
The power to manage your thoughts that we have in our day to day lives,
Release anxiety,
Stress,
Uplift your mental energy.
And finally the soul,
Your heart,
Your emotion,
What defines you deeply inside you through contemplation,
Meditation,
Gratitude,
Love,
Pray,
Feeling of connection and awakening.
That the whole benefits when you experiment at holistic fasting.
In the experience I have passed through recently I fast for 10 days with certain conditions.
One fasting for 10 days with only water or herbal tea.
Second meditation mantras chanting for at least four hours a day.
Third practicing deep breathing technique.
Four disconnection of all screens social media news trying to be in a silent retreat as often as possible.
Five reading for at least four hour a day spiritual books and scripture.
Six writing my book on how I arrive where I am today and what I live and experimented.
Seven cleaning my environment outside and inside to clean my soul and to be the most connected as possible and less materialistic as possible as well.
I can say that I respected this condition and even more that experience activated a lot of things inside me that I want to share with everybody and I'm sure if you try even one or two days you will experiment very concrete effects on your physical well-being mental and spiritual like benefits to have clean your body's mind and the heart.
Here few benefits you could have for example more creativity lucid dreams messages from Universal Conscious synchronicity uplift on your capacity to focus to be focused like never before feelings through contemplation feeling of compassion for other and living creators feeling of oneness the will the will to help other a deep feeling of gratitude activation of the pineal gland and also called the third eye but also a huge amount of physical energy a deep and recover sleep without sleeping too much only what you truly need and what tell you your body and many other benefits yet like vision and intense visualization some incredible and unbelievable things can happen to you only because for the first time you you truly take the time for yourself and you really start to know you better I'm very interested to discover what you will also experiment through your own experience so please I encourage you to share with us what you have lived and you could maybe create a podcast together with question and answer about what you have lived so let a message in the comments and we will organize a session together by the way when you are doing a holistic fasting the sensation of angry that you have at the beginning disappear quickly and also the notion of space and time it's very accurate you can observe very quickly more than he only focus on food and eating in opposition of only doing fasting for the physical benefits which can be complicated without changing your habits through holistic fasting because you take attention to your mental and so the time passed faster and you feel and can be in another state the days passed extremely fast and at the end of the experiment but we'll come back on that point more precisely we can feel a difference between that masteristic world reality and the spiritual world because we get a true feedback and experience more intense elevate and real that the world we actually evolved so to come back a little bit what are the effects and benefits you can expect for your body through holistic fasting so one it's the only way to renew yourself that died every day we have taken for granted many many years that was the opposite thanks to dr.

it's impossible to stop thinking for the body the same it acts by its own it has his own nature duty have you ever heard the notion of sympathetic and parasympathetic systems sympathetic it's all about conscious things moving your hand hitting running to movies in space it represents only 10% of what your body does parasympathetic in another hand represent 90% and it's unconscious hurt but beat breathing oxygenation of your cells digestion blood pressure and so on so digestion takes a large amount of your daily physical energy and mental around 60 and 70 percent of the energy available so take that in consideration if you eat three times a day on a classical diet with meat for example more it needs more than 16 hours against three or four hours for vegetarian diet so in one day we have only 24 hours little remember so it means you never allow your body to rest so you digest and you spend your energy but when you fast you don't spend that energy so you feel a better shape physically mentally and spiritually and it's absolutely normal because your body it's not you it's only your vehicle imagine it like that so more you take care on control it less you have to go to see the mechanic or garage X times a month so it's exactly the same for your body if you're currently take care of it if you fast don't search age it like for example if you have the full tank in your car at night before the following day why should you go to the station the next morning it's no sense if we create a problem a failure so if you eat the night and you eat again right after you wake up and between you did nothing no physical exercise for example it's truly and no sense to be clear your body and your mind take habits on this fatigue and for you it becomes your normal state of living without noticing anything different when you start to fast at the beginning it can be a little bit hard only to get out of your daily habits it takes a little of mental energy and will to do so you can feel a little tired at the beginning but it's temporary it's only because the body take the energy which is the faster to absorb namely carbs and the fatigue it's your insulin wave this create up and down it can let you feel tired in another states but it's just time to stabilize from your normal habits it's only because you did the same thing since years and years even more it can be changed in one day it's a step to stay process you have to be patient with yourself it's not a challenge or race it's a tool to hollow you her higher energy for good when you fast and you passed that stage after one or two days you get an incredible amount of energy and then you will ask how is it possible without eating first of all we too often associate eating equal energy yes of course it gives you calories or energy but in another hand if you eat too much you can become lazy and lethargic have you ever experimented that after a big meal at noon you don't want to work anymore you want to do a nap or nothing at all it's like sleeping if you sleep too much you are 40 it's a question of spirituality to connect yourself with your soul to hollow you a break the breathing the oxygen the water we are composed around 70% of of it it's not food the nature is energy in yoga we call that prana the life energy we need to hollow our body to be at its peak is its own ultra version of itself and quickly you can notice that the effect of fasting can stay longer and longer your body is independent from you we have to consider it like a machine extremely intelligent by itself it's not you who digest would decide to let beat your heart or not to send your blood in your vessels to take the necessary and elements and choices for your body surviving what does your body it analyze everything and take the best decision in report to what it needs needs and what it is available for example if you are injured stomach pain sick whatever you when you fast you have some energy available and you all thor eyes you to your body it will analyze everything like a super supercomputer with a scanner and it will notice whoa there's a little problem here but it's cool for once I have a large broadcast available so I will I will focus on the injury disease etc and now it will heal you faster than ever one day I was injured a muscle tear in my adductor I couldn't even walk so I did a four days fasting two days after the end I could walk again then three days later I was able to run again it was a concrete and incredible feedback even for me at that at that point who used to experiment again and again then another analyze and shell like hear my experiences another experience from one of my client it was in Tajikistan with stomach pain for one week due to the water or nutrition there he called me because it didn't know and didn't want to take any medicine but the pain and decapitated a lot so I said you know what I will say so if fast for two days then totally recovered without any side effects to come back a little bit I talked before about the Japanese doctor you should know the OSU me in 2016 who discovered and proved that things a timeless period the human used to do in a lot of culture religion or spiritual practice the power of fasting but through a cent scientific point of view namely the orthophagy which allow to renew our dead cells repair the DNA heals the disease etc that doctor received a Nobel Prize in the medical biology field in 2016 but did you know him do you know him I has coffin around me but nobody know him there is almost almost no information in the media about that you have to search by yourself now I don't you I don't want to create any polemic about that but ask to yourself what don't we know that important information for our own well-being you eat less if you fast you become stronger you have a better state of health etc and you save money what the interest for the food and pharma industry to share that ready well you already have your natural medicine inside yourself a tool a box and you can use whenever you want so far now I talk about that because it has been more than three years I'm fasting every single day around 18 hours minimum and twice a month two days and once or twice a year observed eight or ten days period still I'm an ultra-trail athlete with more than 20 hours a week of training which represent at least 150 kilometers a week with steep elevation and I am in the best shape of my entire life also people give me often 25 or 26 years old instead of what I truly I really am 33 years old and soon 34 it's for that reason I shared my experience with a deep gratitude and pleasure to support you if it can help you just a little bit to be in the bit a better earth happy within yourself with the other and finally be more awakened to what an universe universal consciousness I will be glad forever here are the numerous benefits you can obtain with that that first pot spot cast which Excellent talk! I am currently 22 hours into my water fast. I am doing it for healing, as I have metastatic breast cancer with some metastasis to the bones. I hope to benefit from autophagy for intense healing. I’m on targeted therapy meds, which I hate, because prior to this surprise diagnosis, I wasn’t on any meds. I’m very active and since learning about this diagnosis, I’m plant based. Thank you for your insight into fasting. I look forward to checking out your other posts.

This was a great talk. And I can certainly vouch for many of the benefits discussed here. I've done alternate day fasting as needed for many years, and I regularly do an annual 8 day "Daniel Fast" in January to set the tone for the year. I'm doing alternate day fasting now, and have been for roughly 6 months for the purposes of physical and spiritual cleansing. Not only have I lost 22 lbs on my way to 30, but I've been sleeping much better, and most noticeably, numerous chronic aches and joint pains have virtually disappeared. I will say one thing about hunger and the mind. If a person wakes up expecting to have three meals a day and circumstances arise that prevent it, it makes for a miserable experience. But if you wake up knowing that it's a fasting day and are prepared for that, it's as easy as can be. Simply telling the mind ahead of time to prepare for that is all it takes. All of the major religions discuss the benefits of fasting. I personally have not experienced any downside to the practice, including when I was working full-time 12-hour days in a physically demanding job. I highly recommend trying it for a few days anyway and judge the results for yourself.
