Welcome everybody!
Thanks to join me for the third and final episode focus on the holistic fasting.
In this new episode we will talk about the soul.

The soul fasting,
What is it all about?
Well,
We will talk about this topic together and the practices and benefits we can get from.
It's the most important part of our being,
The one who can give us an unlimited energy and all,
In another hand,
Completely empty hearth and with the batteries low.
To take care of its spirituality through our fasting.
What does this mean?
Before the beginning,
I really want to say thanks to Insight Timer to have asked me to create podcast on the app after I've watched one of my videos about holistic fasting.
This journey I've done on a little more 8 days full days.

What did you prefer?
What today are you more comfortable of?
To start with your body,
Mind or maybe the soul.
It's truly interesting to know because everybody is different and what is wonderful,
We can all start from one point to another and get similar results.
It depends on which moments of our life,
Of our consciousness we begin holistic fasting.
For example,
My spiritual journey began by the body.
I claimed my body with a vegetarian vegan diet and after years and years practicing meditation,
I reached a point where I wanted to discover more about me to support and help people and naturally I began my spiritual journey through actual Bhakti Yoga.
But we can talk about that in another podcast.
In the course to come after that last podcast,
I will launch a full course in 15 steps on Insight Timer where I can support you with advice and concrete methods to make a vacuum inside you.
To create a vacuum,
An empty space,
To find an internal balance to connect within ourselves and also to other people,
To the nature,
To discover its own nature,
To feel compassion for the other being,
To live intense moments of contemplation but also of love and light with others.
The two first steps are the only goal to allow an activation or moreover a reactivation of this part.
Because it's already inside us,
We only need a boost to find that way.
It's most important part in us,
Our soul,
Our full consciousness of ourself and who we are in this universe.
And to be able to discover what is our life mission,
Our purpose here,
Yes because everyone has its own purpose.
And the holistic fasting as for only goal to give you some space and time at the universe and God is composed by itself.
And guess what the universe is most composed of?
Emptiness,
Harmony.
So we need to create an empty space to be able to access to the best version of who we really are.
And that's the reason why our body and mind are constantly solicitated and we can't anymore create enough space so we have to allow that space.
Since all time and the ancient cultures have already understood long time before everyone else,
We have to take the human in the whole package through a holistic approach.
There is one word for that in Sanskrit.
And because Sanskrit often use very short word to describe an entire subject,
It's a truly advanced knowledge.
The word for that holistic global body,
Mind,
Soul approach is Atma.
Which literally can be translated by body,
Mind and soul together.
One word to unify and reveal who we truly are.
Ok but how do we do to access to it?
We have to take step by step as a science experimentation.
The spirituality,
The invisible energy creates the matter and make us moving.
Let's take that simple case and idea.
Firstly we have to create that idea in our imagination,
To think about,
To make a plan and we put the efforts into.
That idea will become real and we will create in a matter manner.
But without that basic energy,
The very first energy thought,
The energy of the idea itself,
How can we create?
So that's a real proof that from the start point that energy is invisible.
Let's try now to do the opposite without thinking about anything.
Without imagination,
Without desire,
Without energy,
Can I create something?
I think that the answer is pretty obvious.

However the soul is the final step to reach and when we arrive just maybe to touch that feeling,
Just a little spark,
It can create miracles,
Unexpected connections,
Synchronicities,
Joy,
Unlimited energy inside,
Love,
Light and the will to help others,
To help the world.
That's our deepest connection with God.
But if we are blocked by our own past or moreover by our ideas,
Principles,
Our stress,
Our annoyments,
Our daily routine,
It's impossible to see beyond,
To see the infinity possibilities offered by the universe.
That's why it's so important to proceed step by step.
If you already are in the Acceptation way,
That you are not your body,
Either your mind,
Then you will be able to reach that step easier and if not,
Just be passionate with yourself and most important,
Be compassionate with yourself.

Because it's better to do it in the right order,
To be patient and to take the next step one after another,
Knowing that the last is the activation and apprehension of our emotions and soul.

And if one of these 5 people that you choose intentionally,
Will be God,
He is God,
The universe,
The universal consciousness or whatever you call it,
And that you can concretely personify it to help you of course.
That is the teaching of Bhakti Yoga's My Spiritual Path.
What will heal upon?
The possibilities are unlimited,
As God is.

Now let's do concrete things.
And how can you do to change that with few actions every day,
But also and more important during your holistic fasting,
Which will allow you to reconnect to your true self and to give a new breath of life.
In few points,
First practice contemplation of all things.
Second,
Be aware of you and listen carefully your needs and those of others.
Share your compassion toward every living creator,
Begin in meditation to imagine it,
To visualize it and little by little to feel that feeling of fullness.
The one to help others will become progressively a part of yourself that you could use even before you will notice it in your day to day life.
Third,
Practice mantras which talk to your heart like the Maha Mantra,
The mantra of all mantras.
If you want to know more about it,
Just ask me and I will change you in audio in that way.
You can use it whenever you want,
Wherever you want.
Fourth,
All practice the sound AUM which is present everywhere like a universal vibration of the universe to help you to be in a vibration with the universe frequency in the universe field which is all around us always.
Fifth,
Write five gratitudes early in the morning after you wake up or your morning routine.
Then you can repeat it in your head and write them down.
For example,
I'm so grateful to have a shelter over my head.
Or feel free to write anything in your mind.
There is no little things for gratitude.
Everything can be gratified.
Sixth,
Live the present moment as it is without thinking.
Just let the flow of life be.
You can use your breath for that.
