The Yoga Fire,
It's a powerful breathing technique.
But before,
Let's talk about Yoga.
The word Yoga,
It's a Sanskrit word which means connection.
And according to the Bhagavad Gita as it is,
The unique goal of any Yoga is to be reconnected to our higher self,
To know our position,
Our mission and our goal.
There are many Yoga practice and this Yoga Fire,
It's in the category that we call Pranayama.
Prana means life force.
It's existing in every one of us.
And Yama means control.
So here we want to control this life energy.
The Yoga Fire will give you a boost to start the day in the best way and mood.
It's an easy and simple technique and very useful,
Which allow us to free a stagnant energy that we accumulate after a long day or night of sleep.
It's a technique to open our diaphragm or solar plexus,
As we also call it,
To let float the necessary oxygen and then be able to evict it very quickly.
It's really powerful and by doing that,
In the morning we wash our physical and subtle body.
The benefits will be physical,
Mental and emotional.
This one plays a great role on how we behave in our day-to-day life,
Very subconsciously.
We keep often deeply inside a strong emotion that we can't evict.
Yoga Fire,
It's an intense yogi breathing technique which allows us to discharge a lot of negative energy and toxin present inside.
It's also a technique which let work and train our breathing from the belly through the solar plexus and it's really important to master our breath and even more to manage our emotion.
Did you know that the solar plexus is the center of our emotions,
The activation point to be relaxed or blocked which talk the emotion created first in the mind.
For example,
Someone who is angry or sad doesn't breathe at the exact moment through his solar plexus.
One is blocking it and surjudging it.
So we tend to discharge by another way because it's really painful inside and that state has to come out somehow.
At that moment,
When we feel that anger or sadness is coming inside,
If we breathe three to five times deeply,
It will not be possible to be angry.
Try please,
The next time that you start to feel angry in the car for example,
If you breathe five times deeply with that technique,
The emotion then the thought will disappear.
Other example that everybody will understand,
If a kid is crying,
Is blocking and can't talk but one of the first reaction for the mother will be to tell his kids calm down and breathe deeply and then breathe slowly.
At that moment,
The kid is breathing a miracle,
He doesn't cry anymore.
So let's practice now.
To do yoga fire,
We need to rise our arms and end over our head with the palms open and to take a deep breath through the mouth at the same time and then while releasing the air,
You will move your two elbows against your hips quickly.
Your exhale has to be strong.
So let's do it.
Rise the end up and then exhale.
When we take the air in,
We have to take as much as possible and as deep as possible until the lungs are full.
The breath is complete when your hands and arms are over our head.
At that moment,
You directly come down again with your elbows toward your hips with a deep exhale.
At the last breath of the technique,
We will hold our breath as much as possible.
The lungs full with the arms along the body and relaxed.
When we can't hold anymore,
You release and try to feel your new state.
Let's start.
So repeat this move 10 to 15 times to feel the effects.
It's better to have an empty stomach in the morning.
If you want to practice it during the day,
Do it before meal.
You should never do it full because we need a powerful breath from the belly to execute it in the best way.
It can be disturbing at the beginning.
You can cough or even being dizzy for one minute or two.
But that's okay.
It's normal.
It means it works because you probably don't use this part and it was too often neglected.
But that is the center of accumulated emotions.
So with that technique,
We can muscle it.
A lot of person practice that technique every morning.
For example,
Tony Robbins use every day.
So let's start together.
So rise the hand over your head and then exhale quickly.
Again.
Rise the hand up.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
And the last,
You take a really,
Really deep breath.
You hold,
Hold,
Hold.
Try to hold for 30 seconds or more if you can.
Then you release.
With your eye closed.
Now try to relax and to feel the state.
If you have any emotion,
Just go through them and let it go.
Be relaxed.
Calm down.
Everything will be alright.
Thank you so much to have known this technique.
I hope it will help you.
A lot of person practice that technique every morning.
