Lección 1
Discovering 6 Pillars
In this session, we will explore the principles of the 6 Pillars of Conscious Living and how they can facilitate personal growth and transformation. We will challenge prevailing assumptions of modern living and and show how to cultivate self-awareness to navigate day-to-day experiences. The session will conclude with a reflective exercise to assess your current well-being across different areas of your life.
Lección 2
Movement
In this session, we will explore the concept of movement as the first pillar of conscious living. We will uncover the profound impact of movement on our emotions and learn practical techniques to harness its power for personal growth and empowerment.
Lección 3
Nutrition
In this session, we learn about the significance of mindful eating and its impact on our overall well-being. We discuss basic science of nutrition. We explore the difference between conscious and unconscious eating, with some practical tips for fostering mindfulness during meals.
Lección 4
Sleep
In this session, we delve into the significance of sleep as a crucial component of overall well-being. We explore the physiological processes that occur during sleep, including memory consolidation, bodily repair, and immune system support. Additionally, we discuss the overlooked potential of sleep for problem-solving and creativity, offering practical tips for improving sleep quality and harnessing the power of dreams.

Awareness
In this session, we explore the concept of awareness as the foundation of conscious living. We learn about the passive nature of awareness versus the dynamic quality of attention, and how mindfulness practices like meditation help in training attention. We introduce "getting REAL" technique that allows cultivating moment-to-moment awareness in daily life, ultimately fostering a sense of fulfilment.

Conscious Relationships
In this session, we will delve into the concept of conscious relationships. Through personal anecdotes, we'll explore the profound lessons learned from nature, emphasising the importance of connection, collaboration, and mutual support in human relationships. We will examine the neurological basis of empathy and social cognition. The session will conclude with an interactive exercise called "Mirror, Validate, Inquire" (MVI), aimed at enhancing active listening skills.
Lección 7
Growing Edge
In this session, we explore the concept of personal growth. We learn how discovering and embracing one's growing edge can lead to profound fulfilment and a sense of belonging. We are invited to a thought experiment that engages with one's deepest desires and talents. We talk about the role of imagination and it can help in revealing hidden talents and aspirations.
Lección 8
Bring It All Together
In this session, we recap the main topics covered in the course. Once again we take a look at the pie chart that you created during the first session. We consider how 6 pillars of conscious living can be integrated into their daily live.
