After a gut wrenching day yesterday with my elderly husband at the care home, this morning has been full of anxiety waiting for another repeat . I haven't been able to settle to anything. Recognising this situation wasn't doing me any good, I searched the app and found this track. It's helped me to find some peace and calm. My takeaway: human beings not human doings . I like guided meditations that hold space for solo focus. I was seeking energy but this focused more on awareness of breath 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]
