Thank you Tomek. This is a short, practical, perfect course that I suspect I will return to again and again. I have recently moved back into a work area where I used to be an expert but things have moved on a lot in 15 years and I have felt fraught and anxious as I update my knowledge on the job! This course has given me the tools & understanding to work with my resulting anxiety - my feelings of overwhelm are becoming less frequent as I am able to look straight at my anxiety, to 'be' with it and understand what is driving it, rather than just feeling the dread.
