Tomek Wyczesany, Ph.D. is a mental health and wellbeing expert and meditation teacher based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Holding a doctorate from the University of Sydney, Tomek has spent over 20 years studying the mind both scientifically and experientially. His work sits at the rare intersection of cognitive neuroscience, contemplative practice and lived transformation bridging the world of science and the world of wisdom in a way that is both rigorous and deeply human.
