This is meditation for a very good morning.

If you are still in bed,

You may want to get up,

Sit on your chair or on your meditation cushion and take your meditation position.

Your body should be still,

Very relaxed after a good night's sleep.

If this is not the case,

That's okay.

Just take a couple of deep breaths and use your out-breath to release all the remaining tension.

Everything that may get in the way of this morning meditation and you starting the most amazing day.

Mentally soften any point of tension,

Any discomfort.

Make sure that your back is straight,

But not rigid.

Now you may start with setting an intention for this meditation period.

Your intention will be aligned with everything that you will do today.

Imagine that this is an amazing opportunity for you to live these days to your fullest potential.

And everything you do will be done to fulfill your highest purpose and to serve your greater good.

With this attitude and with this intention,

You may start your breathing technique.

It's called 4-7-8 breathing technique.

You will breathe in through your nose on the count of four,

Hold your breath on the count of seven and breathe out through your mouth on the count of eight.

Every part of this breathing technique will allow you to bring fresh supply of oxygen to every part of your body,

To every cell.

It will also allow to fully wake up your brain and get it ready to process all the information in the most efficient way.

I'll count for you and remember breathing in through your nose on the count of four,

Holding your breath on the count of seven and breathing out through your mouth,

Releasing all the tension,

All the stress on the count of eight.

We are going to go through four cycles of this breathing technique.

Let us begin now.

Breathe normally,

Relax.

You may experience a tingling sensation in some parts of your body,

Perhaps in your chest,

Perhaps in your hands,

Perhaps in your feet.

Tune in into this sensation and enjoy how new supply of fresh oxygen is flowing through your bloodstream,

Bringing fresh new energy to fully wake up your body and get you ready for the day.

This day is your opportunity to fulfill your higher purpose.

This day is your opportunity to face all the challenges with strength,

Integrity,

And gentle heart.

You are and always will be the best version of yourself.

Give yourself permission.

Experience everything that comes your way.

Give yourself permission to use your full potential today,

Starting from right now.

Feel fresh,

Vibrant energy of this new day.

Tune in into the sensations of your body.

You may notice that fresh new energy is circulating throughout your body,

Through every cell,

Through every organ.

Now you may bring your attention to your breathing.

Every breath you take,

It's an opportunity to take in more fresh,

Vibrant energy.

Every breath you take brings you new vitality that you will use throughout the day.

Allow yourself to use your breath as a tool.

Breathing in,

Taking fresh new vibrant energy,

New vitality,

And breathing out,

Releasing all the used up,

Stale energy,

Releasing it through the bottom of your feet.

Breathing in,

Fresh new energy,

Breathing out,

Stale,

Used up energy.

Breathing in,

Fresh new energy,

Fresh new vitality,

Fresh new vitality,

Fresh new vitality,

Fresh new vitality.

If any,

If at any point of this meditation period,

You feel distracted by the external sounds or your thoughts,

That's okay.

Simply acknowledge the fact there was a sound,

There was a sensation,

There was thinking.

And also gently return to your breathing,

And remember,

Every breath you take,

It's an opportunity to bring more vitality to your body,

And also to release used up,

Stale energy to clean up your whole body,

To clean up the whole system,

To get ready for this day to come.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath.

There is no need to control your breath.

Just follow its natural rhythm.

Breathing in,

Bringing vitality and fresh energy,

Breathing out,

Getting rid of everything that may stand in your way to have a beautiful,

Amazing day.

Whether it's a thought,

Whether it's a sensation,

Whatever you may find unnecessary in this meditation period,

You may use your out-breath to gently release it.

Now,

We will add a simple affirmation to every breath we take.

When you breathe in,

You may say in your head,

May I be well?

And when you breathe out,

Say to yourself,

May I be happy?

Breathing in,

May I be well?

Breathing out,

May I be happy?

These affirmations are natural state of your being.

Wellness and happiness.

That's how you should feel every day,

Well and happy.

Today,

It's your opportunity to feel just that.

Breathing in,

May I be well?

Breathing out,

May I be happy?

With every breath,

You bring more wellness and more happiness into your life.

You bring more wellness and happiness to this moment and to the day ahead of you.

Follow the natural rhythm of your breath.

Breathing in,

May I be well?

Breathing out,

May I be happy?

Feel how every breath you take increases the level of your energy.

How every breath brings more and more vitality.

Perhaps,

There are sensations in your body that indicate this energy and joy and appreciate those sensations.

Breathing in,

May I be well?

Breathing out,

May I be happy?

Use out-breath to release any tension,

Any discomfort.

Use your out-breath to let go of any thoughts.

Every time you drift off,

Just simply acknowledge it and also gently return to your breathing.

Breathing in,

May I be well?

Breathing out,

May I be happy?

At the end of this meditation period,

Once again bring to your mind the intention that you set for this day.

The innermost attitude of strength,

Integrity and gentle heart.

That is how you are going to approach.

How you are going to face every challenge and perceive every challenge as an opportunity to learn,

To grow and to live your life to the fullest.

You may put your hands on your heart and give yourself thanks for this time,

For this meditation.

I wish you a very good morning and a very good day.
