Erica’s own meditation practice began during her graduate studies (Master of Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Health Education & Active Living), as she engaged in self inquiry practices in order to better understand herself and others. As a communications coach, she deepened her practice, using prescriptive meditations as means to explore belief systems and behavioural patterns through the lens of communication and relationships. Every stage of her personal development has unfolded by taking one small step at a time. Her own journey transformed into a calling to help others as they embark on their own personal path, with kindness, compassion, and care.
