Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without being disturbed.

Once you are settled,

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Letting go of any of the tension or stress you may be feeling.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Turn your attention to the present moment.

Notice the sights,

Sounds,

And sensations around you.

Allow yourself to become fully present and aware,

Grounding yourself in the here and now.

In Buddhist philosophy,

The present moment is known as the only moment because it is the only time that truly exists.

The past is gone and the future has yet to come,

So it is only in the present moment that we can experience deep abundance and felt joy.

Now focus your attention on the abundance in your life.

Think about all of the things you have to be grateful for,

Both big and small.

Consider the love and support of your family and friends,

The roof over your head,

The food on your table,

And the opportunities that come your way.

In Buddhism,

Gratitude is seen as a powerful force that can transform our lives.

When we cultivate an attitude of gratitude,

We begin to see the abundance that surrounds us and become more open to the good things that come our way.

Take a few moments to savor each of these blessings,

Feeling the warmth and the joy that they bring to your life.

Allow yourself to experience the fullness and the richness of these moments,

Noticing how they make you feel and how they enhance your life.

As you continue to focus on the abundance in your life,

Imagine that you are surrounded by an aura of abundance and prosperity.

Visualize a golden light flowing into your body,

Filling you with a sense of richness,

Prosperity,

And well-being.

Allow this golden light to expand and grow,

Spreading out into every aspect of your life.

See it radiating outwards,

Attracting more abundance and prosperity in your life,

And enhancing your experiences in every way.

As you bask in the glow of this golden light,

Affirm to yourself that you are worthy of abundance and prosperity.

Recognize that you are deserving of all the good things that come your way,

And that you have the power to create a life of abundance for yourself.

In Buddhism,

This is known as the law of kama,

Or the law of karma,

The idea that our thoughts,

Words,

And actions create the conditions of our life.

And by cultivating an attitude of abundance,

We can attract more of the same into our lives,

And create a virtuous cycle of positivity and well-being.

Take a few moments to sit in stillness and bask in the beauty of abundance before slowly returning to your day.

Carry with you the sense of richness,

Prosperity,

And well-being that you have cultivated,

And notice how it enhances your experiences in every way.

Remember that the only moment that truly exists is this present,

Here,

And now.

So continue to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and abundance in every moment of your life.
