I am beginning my new spiritual journey and I found the course to be extremely accessible and enjoyable. Each lesson provided a great introduction to the theory and history of each new concept and then a practical and uplifting meditation to embed and experience the concept. I’ve not had the best experience with spiritual things in my life and this course has helped me to see spiritual things ina different and more positive light .

I am a beginner learning about breath for the first time. This course was excellent in explaining in straightforward language some of the philosophies and science behind breath and then doing practical exercises in breath to help my body connect to the learnings. I became aware that my breathing was restrictive and shallow but through these 10 days I’ve learned ways which have given me deeper breath which I now used in my life. Would 100% recommend the course. I will come back to it again as I’m sure I’d learn more doing it again.

I liked how this was short and to the point for days where I don’t have time to sit through a longer meditation. Thank you!

I’m generally skeptical of white women instructors of ancient Hindu and Buddhist yogic philosophies but I found her knowledgeable, respectful, and most of all helpful.

Lovely calming, grounded presence and voice. Found the initial focus on the upper chest cavity helpful in identifying subtle differences between chest, diaphragm and abdominal muscles.

I didn’t hear the whole thing because I was very tired and fell asleep fairly quickly but what I did hear I liked. I’m a yoga teacher also and this is a very good yoga nidra. I like that the teacher gave the suggestion to relax with each body part. That’s the way it should be done.
