Janne Guttormsen is a Meditation Teacher and NLP Practitioner, and holds a Master's degree in Geophysics. For several years she has worked in the field of health, safety and the environment (HSE). After several periods of depression and burnout, she wanted to dive deeper to find the underlying causes. This led to a two-year Meditation Teacher education. A regular meditation practice has, among other things, resulted in a calmer everyday life with more peace, joy, and clarity about what truly matters for Janne. She takes great interest in how meditation can help us to get to know and accept all parts of ourselves and aid in creating calmness in this faster and faster moving world.
