Today we are going to visualize an image or a symbol in our minds and describe it for five minutes,

Silently or out loud.

So picture an image or a symbol in your mind.

It can be anything you like,

For instance a car,

A tree or a ball of some kind.

Pick something and stick to it.

I'll give you a few seconds to decide.

Now that you have decided on an image or a symbol you are going to describe it in your mind or out loud.

Explore the image or symbol that you are visualizing.

Look at it from different angles,

Spin it around,

Describe its features and qualities like what it looks like,

Feels like,

Smells like,

What functions does it have.

We will keep exploring and describing it for five minutes.

If your mind starts to wander about,

Just gently accept that and go back to the task.

And if you are running out of things to describe on your item,

Just start from the beginning again with the basics such as its colors and shape.

I will let you know when we're halfway through.

So let's begin.

Your five minutes starts in three,

You're halfway there,

Keep going.

Time's up,

Well done,

You made it.

By having completed this exercise you have increased your mental strength.

The more you do this the easier and easier it will get and the less your mind will wander off.
