- Awaken your inner fire and stoke your sacred spark. This practice invites warming breath and a flow of movement to lift your spirit.
Movement & Meditation: Seated Twists, Cat-Cow, Belly Breathing. "I glow from within. I radiate magic."

The Spell Of Softness
Theme: Emotional Flow & Surrender
Element: Water
- Allow yourself to soften and surrender. We'll start and end today's practice in Savasana - laying down and restful. And we'll move through the very calmest of flowing movements and breaths.
Movement & Meditation: Supine Twists and Savasana. "I flow with grace. I am the tide and the moon."

Theme: Mindfulness & Intuition
Element: Air
- Clear the mind with today’s practice; weave breath and space into your body and thoughts.
Movement & Meditation: Gentle neck & shoulder release, shoulder stretch, breath focus. "I see clearly. My breath is my guide."

The Sweet Spells Of Stillness
Theme: Silence & Sacred Rest
Element: Spirit
- Complete your journey in deep stillness. This final practice is a ritual of quiet —a magical cocoon of rest where all the spells settle and take root.
Movement & Meditation: Reclining Butterfly (or any reclining pose you enjoy), breath awareness. "I am whole. I am woven of stars and silence."
