They say forgiveness is giving up hope for a better past. This course is an invitation to gently release what you’ve been carrying from the past and move into life with more clarity, ease, and self-compassion. We’ll explore forgiveness through three essential layers: 1) Forgiving ourselves 2) Forgiving others and 3) Asking for forgiveness. These are powerful teachings and practices drawn from various teachers and my own personal experiences. Often when we try and forgive, what comes up is pain and hurt. This is a natural part of the process, and the invitation is to meet whatever arises with openness and curiosity. This work isn’t always easy, but it is deeply worth it. My hope is that this course brings you some ease, clarity, and a sense of putting down whatever you’ve been carrying around.

Lektion 1
What Is Forgiveness?
In this introduction we talk about what forgiveness is, and what it isn't. Forgiveness isn’t pretending what happened was okay, and it doesn’t mean skipping boundaries. It’s the choice to stop feeding the cycle of resentment inside you, so you can meet the truth with a softer, freer heart. Often we try to forgive too soon, before we’ve actually felt the anger and hurt underneath. In this course, we’ll practice forgiveness as a slow unclenching—making space for what’s here, and letting the past loosen its grip.
Lektion 2
Forgiving Yourself
A gentle practice for self-forgiveness that doesn’t bypass the pain. If difficult emotions come up, you’ll be guided to stay grounded and meet them safely, with compassion and care. Forgiveness isn’t rushed here — we begin exactly where you are.
Lektion 3
Forgiving Others
A guided meditation to help you begin forgiving someone who has hurt you, without bypassing what happened. We’ll work gently with the heart, using simple phrases to release resentment and soften the inner burden of holding on. This practice doesn’t ask you to condone the past; it’s about freeing your own heart in the present.
Lektion 4
Asking For Forgiveness
A guided meditation for the moments you regret — when you’ve hurt someone, closed your heart, or wish you had acted differently. We’ll use simple phrases to acknowledge what happened, open to genuine remorse, and begin making peace within yourself. This practice doesn’t guarantee reconciliation, but it helps you clean up your side and start again from a more open heart.
