In this 12-minute guided meditation, I invite you into a simple experiment: treat every incoming thought as equally irrelevant. No matter how interesting or important a thought seems, we let it be there without giving it extra weight or attention. When we practice this way, it becomes surprisingly freeing to drop the storylines and see thoughts as a natural process the brain produces. From this place, we become a little less entangled in them, and a lot more free to choose which thoughts are actually worth following.
