For me walking has been a topic of resistance yet necessity for enjoying nature. This course gave me a new perspective and a first step to a new beginnig regarding mindful walking. It was just perfect and left enough space and time for me finding my own tiny little first step in my own pace. For me that is what mindfulness is all about. Thank you so much for this course!
