Meet your Teacher

Marina is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Movement Therapy Coach, Reiki Master, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. After experiencing the effects of chronic stress and anxiety firsthand, she became passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies through gentle, body-based practices. Her approach combines nervous system education with practical somatic exercises to help students release tension, build resilience, and cultivate greater calm, presence, and body awareness in everyday life.
