Before the busyness of the world rushes in,

This is your moment to pause,

To breathe,

And to find your footing.

Find a comfortable position,

Whether you're seated or standing.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Steady,

Strong,

Supportive.

Allow your body to soften.

Your shoulders to relax,

And your mind to settle.

This is your space to just be.

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just here,

Just now.

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Feel the connection between your body and the earth,

As if invisible roots are extending from the soles of your feet,

Grounding you deep into the earth.

Imagine those roots stretching far and wide,

Anchoring you in place.

With each moment,

You feel more secure,

More stable,

More rooted.

No matter what happens today,

This grounding is yours.

Silently say to yourself,

I am grounded,

I am steady,

I am supported.

Now bring your awareness up through your body,

From your feet to your legs,

Up to your hips,

And all the way to your heart.

Feel the strength and the presence that lives within you.

You are here,

You are present,

You are ready.

Now gently ask yourself,

How do I want to feel today?

Maybe it's peaceful,

Maybe it's focused,

Maybe it's open-hearted.

Whatever comes to mind,

Let it be your anchor for the day.

Visualize that feeling as a soft light in your chest.

Glowing warmly,

Expanding with every moment.

This is the energy you will carry with you.

This is your choice,

Your intention,

Your power.

Silently repeat,

I am grounded,

I am present,

I am ready for this day.

Let this energy flow through your body,
