Let these words guide you into a place of peace.

You have done enough today,

You have been enough today,

And now you deserve deep restorative rest.

No matter what the day brought,

You are here,

Safe in this moment.

Let go of any thoughts pulling you back to the past or pushing you into tomorrow.

Right now,

All you need to do is be.

Tonight,

Let gratitude be your companion.

Let it soften any tension,

Calm your heart,

And remind you of the beauty that exists in every moment,

Even the smallest ones.

Take a deep breath in,

And silently repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am grateful for this day and all that it has taught me.

I acknowledge the effort I put into today,

And I release any pressure to be perfect.

I focus on what went well today,

No matter how small.

I welcome rest,

Knowing that my body and mind deserve this time to restore.

I trust that tomorrow will bring new opportunities,

New joys,

And new moments of gratitude.

Now shift your gratitude inward.

Place your hand over your heart if that feels good to you.
