With a background in Social Work and Holistic Nutrition, she blends science-backed tools with intuitive wisdom to support emotional healing and stress relief. After her own journey through burnout, anxiety, and chronic health challenges, Marina now shares practices rooted in nervous system safety, soft living, and radical self-compassion.
