This is a follow up to the full ten-session 'Self-Care Reiki in the Now' course on Insight Timer, and is designed to help students remain in their self-care Reiki practice of health and wellbeing. You may also use this Reiki Refresher course as a more complete introduction to what you can learn in the full course. You do not have to be attuned to Reiki to take the course. The objective of the teaching is to ensure your own inner light is free to circulate within you and through you into all you do. This refresher will remind you of some of the reasons we separate ourselves from the benefits of our potential for positivity in daily living. Learn how to stop worrying as a habit, and then apply this to other negative habits that are common in life. And engage in a daily morning gratitude stretch as a means to bring light into your being to begin each new day. And finally, be reminded of how a self-care Reiki practice is a self-care healing practice, helping us to eliminate unwanted ways and their associated energies from our bodies.
Judith has worked in the preventative health care field in Canada for most of her life, as a public health nurse, and has published six wellness-related books. She has been in her own self-care Reiki practice for thirty years. Using the Usui System of Natural Healing as her basic Reiki teaching (its origin in Japan), Judith has been teaching Reiki...

Lektion 1
Finding Your Inner Light
In this session, you will be guided through a morning gratitude stretch. Find your inner light by introducing gratitude into your day right at the beginning of your day, each day. Showing gratitude to every living thing is one of Reiki's precepts, which helps us develop mindfulness through gratitude ... and to approach each day from the perspective of light and joy as opposed to some form of negativity. It only takes a minute to create this difference! Have a listen. Go through the slower version with me now, so you can do it on your own tomorrow ... and the next day ... and the next, etc.

Why Not Worry?
Worry is a very common emotion that affects everyone at one time or another. It is also a very common way to cut oneself off from inner light. And you will understand this, if you are a worrier. For when you worry, you feel anything but light, inside. So please have a listen to how you can begin to stop this habit and find more light in your life.
Lektion 3
Light As A Form Of Healing
In this session, you will be reminded of why you continue with your self-care Reiki practice ... or, that you may wish to get back into the flow of a daily self-care Reiki practice. The advantages of this practice far outweigh the disadvantages. Have a listen as I explain what I mean.

Judiths 3 day refresher was exactly what I didnt realize I needed!!! 🙏 Her voice is calm, familiar and comforting. This course connects you to where you already naturally use Reiki and how by creating a daily practice you can strengthen it! 10/10!
