Reclaiming Your Personal Power: An Introduction
In this first session, we take a look at how it came that we lost our personal power and how the methods that you were raised as a child may have taught you to look outside of yourself for answers and how not to trust your inner wisdom.

Shifting Authority From The Outside To The Inside
This session is on trusting your inner knowing. We use muscle testing as a way to bypass the thinking mind and listen to the messages of the body. We'll look at why journaling is so powerful and how to journal. So, of course, we end the session with a journal prompt to support the lesson's theme.
Lektion 3
Remembering Your Natural Way Of Being
In this session, we use our connection to nature as a way of returning to our true nature. In this session, you will be guided on a visualization of remembrance as a grounding exercise. And we will end with a journal prompt to enhance the journey.
Lektion 4
Living Life From An Inner Wisdom
When we lost our personal power, we also lost our personal boundaries. In this session we rebuild these boundaries. You are offered 6 strategies for rebuilding and 7 self-care techniques to help with recovery.
Together we will move through a Reiki meditation of pulling energy back into your body. And end with a journal prompt.
Lektion 5
Anchoring Safety Into Your Body
In this session, you will connect more intimately with your heart. We will do this using a technique used in HeartMath. We revisit and dive deeper into several of the tips and self-care strategies shared in the previous session. We end with a journal prompt.

Rebuilding Your Trust Through Emotional Awareness
In this session, you learn that emotional clarity brings self-trust back online. Having strong emotions can throw you off balance and cause you to give up some of your power. You will learn how to better understand your emotions and use them as a superpower. We end the session with a journal prompt.
Lektion 7
Know Thyself
In this session, we come clean, and we dive deep into what we really want in life. It is from a place of truth that we can move forward on our path in alignment with our values and priorities. You will learn that any misalignment only lessens your power and sends mixed messages to the world. You will be asked to list your values and priorities, so have your journal ready. We will also end the session with a journal prompt.
Lektion 8
Reclaiming Your Power: Remembering Your Inner Authority
In our last session together, we revisited the strategies and techniques shared in the course. You will gain more clarity in your next steps and some more insight into how reclaiming your power will show up in small, everyday ways, creating a better life for you. We end with a reflection and, of course, a journal prompt (2 this time).
