Hello my dears,
It is time for you to allow your body to relax.
Give yourself permission to release any tightness,
Any tension.
Feel any stress in your body begin to disperse.
Allow it to leave.
Feel your hands relaxing,
Resting next to you.
Feel the shoulders softening and dropping away from the ears.
Feel the muscles in your face and around your eyes release.
Allow the eyelids to hang heavy.
Soften the belly,
Notice any places that you're holding on to and let go.
Bring your full awareness to your heart now,
A place where love and kindness live.
Allow yourself to feel love,
Kindness and allow this energy to spread through you.
Allow it to flow into the body,
Resting in any places needed.
This might stay in the heart,
Your tender heart,
Or maybe it moves to the lower back.
Maybe it flows into the belly,
A place where tension is being held.
Allow this love and kindness to flow through you,
Resting wherever love and kindness is needed.
Offering yourself some self-compassion and take a moment and ask yourself,
What do I need right now?
What do I need right now?
What do I need to hear?
What do I need to feel?
Often we look outside of ourselves for these answers.
But you can meet this need.
You can offer yourself whatever it is that your heart,
That your body,
That your mind desires in this moment.
What are you willing to give to yourself in order to meet these needs?
What do I need right now?
Do I need a hug?
Do I need to hear how special I am and that I am loved?
Do I need time in nature,
Time to connect?
Or do I need to feel more grounded?
Check in.
Check in with that beautiful heart and ask yourself,
What do I need?
What do I need to hear?
What do I need to feel?
What would I like to see?
To taste?
To taste?
And we wait for a moment and we listen.
And the mind will want to jump in with loud answers.
But come back to your big beautiful heart.
The heart speaks softly.
It speaks with emotion.
It shows you with visions and feelings.
Come back to the heart.
And set an intention to give yourself this.
Set the intention each and every day to offer yourself what it is that your heart desires.
What your soul needs in order to be whole.
And we will end this meditation with some affirmations.
May I be strong.
May I accept myself in this moment.
May I be kind to myself.
May I offer myself compassion.
May I listen to my heart.
And may I feed my soul.
