The aim of this short course is to inspire you to develop radical self care as a regular practice to enhance your well-being and the quality of your life. We will cover your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects and practices.
An energetic visualisation will connect you to, and deepen your desire and willingness to focus on self care.

Bianca is a Kinesiologist, Intuitive, Fertility Activator, Empath and HSP.
She loves teaching, guiding and awakening others to the energetic world we live within!
From an early age, Bianca was aware that others didn't respond to the world in the same way that she did. She was highly sensitive and this was never seen as an attractive attribute. She spent over 20 years on personal development and becoming as energetically clean as possible. She now enjoys teaching others to release past negative experiences and emotions, and to be the best person they can be.
She currently lives in northern NSW Australia, with her husband and 2 children.

Physical Approaches
In this session, we will explore why self-care is so important. We will discuss your nervous system and how switching off from flight or flight is imperative to self-care. Then we will cover physical approaches to regulating your nervous system for self-care.
Lektion 2
Other Approaches To Self-Care
In this second session, we will explore the other aspects of self-care: social, mental, emotional, and spiritual. We will conclude with an energetic visualisation practice to support you to create regular self-care rituals.

I enjoyed listening to this course. It was helpful to learn about using adrenaline as fuel. I am sure that I have done this and now I am more aware so hopefully I can slow down this fight/flight response to life.
