Lektion 1
Understanding Your Window Of Tolerance
The window of tolerance describes the range in which the nervous system can handle stress while remaining regulated and present. When we are within this window, we can think clearly, manage emotions, and respond to challenges in flexible ways. In this lesson, you will learn what the window of tolerance is and begin noticing how your nervous system responds to stress and regulation in everyday life.
Lektion 2
Recognizing Hyperarousal And Hypoarousal
When the nervous system moves outside the window of tolerance, it may shift into states of hyperarousal or hypoarousal. Hyperarousal can feel like anxiety, tension, or overwhelm, while hypoarousal may feel like numbness, fatigue, or disconnection. In this lesson, you will learn how to recognize these nervous system responses and begin identifying early signals that your body may need support.
Lektion 3
Expanding Your Window Of Tolerance
The window of tolerance can expand over time through repeated experiences of safety, awareness, and regulation. Small moments of grounding, movement, and connection help the nervous system learn that it can return to balance after stress. In this lesson, you will explore simple practices that support nervous system flexibility and help strengthen your ability to stay present during challenging moments.
