I liked that the sessions were short, allowing me to write just a few words, or pause and write more. I liked that the prompts were open, not rigid, and that they were prompts for me to ask myself directly. I've never used journaling prompts before and found the practice useful, less intimidating than the blank page. I enjoyed this mini course very much. Thank you! 🙏💞
