Lektion 1
Understanding Your Stress Response
This lesson introduces you to your stress response and the intelligent role it plays in your life. You will begin to understand how your nervous system shifts into protection through activation or shutdown, and why these patterns are not flaws but adaptive responses. This lesson lays the foundation for the course by helping you recognize your own stress signals with curiosity and compassion, creating the awareness needed to begin regulating from a place of safety rather than self-judgment.
Lektion 2
Hyperarousal: When Everything Feels Too Much
In this lesson, you will explore the state of hyperarousal — when your nervous system shifts into overactivation, and everything can feel intense, urgent, or overwhelming. You may recognize this as racing thoughts, restlessness, irritability, or a sense that you must “do something” immediately. Rather than labeling this state as anxiety or weakness, you will begin to understand it as your body’s attempt to protect you through heightened alertness. With awareness and gentle regulation practices, you will learn how to meet this activation with steadiness, helping your system return to a more balanced state.
Lektion 3
Hypoarousal: When You Feel Disconnected
In this lesson, you will explore the state of hypoarousal — when your nervous system shifts into shutdown or conservation mode. This can feel like heaviness, numbness, low energy, difficulty focusing, or a sense of being emotionally distant. Instead of seeing this as laziness or lack of motivation, you will begin to understand it as another protective response — a way your system slows things down when it feels overwhelmed. Through gentle awareness, you will learn how to recognize this state with compassion and begin reconnecting in small, safe ways that honor your pace.
Lektion 4
Expanding Your Window Of Tolerance
In this lesson, you will explore the concept of the Window of Tolerance — the range in which your nervous system feels regulated enough to stay present, connected, and responsive without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down. You will begin to recognize what it feels like to be within this window, and how awareness, repetition, and small moments of regulation can gradually expand it.
Lektion 5
Cultivating Daily Regulation Rituals
In this lesson, you will learn how to support your nervous system through simple, consistent daily practices. Regulation is not built in moments of crisis — it grows in small, gentle rituals that help your body and mind feel safe, steady, and present. By creating habits that nurture your nervous system, you strengthen your capacity to return to your Window of Tolerance, respond to stress with awareness, and carry a sense of calm into everyday life.
