This brings up fearful emotions that cause us to hesitate or simply keep hiding. Today's meditative practice will help you to step back into your power and open the door for your spirit to guide you.

Today's lesson will help you learn how to stop comparing yourself with others and realize that being on your own unique journey is the reward. The purpose of a spiritual path is simply to be on the path. This lesson will help you reflect on your past, look towards your future, and ultimately bring you back into the present.

In this lesson, we will learn how to become more aware of the people who trigger our jealousy, and explore both its positive and negative sides. We’ll learn how to let go of the negative feelings of jealousy and create an abundant mindset. In our meditative practice, we will transform deeply ingrained feelings of competition that will help us to find joy in others' successes.

Letting Go Of Self-Judgment
In today’s lesson, you will uncover some of the limiting ways you perceive yourself and others. You will learn the important role that difficult people play in your life, and shed light on how you may be causing unwanted feelings of judgment. Our practice together will help you let go of your inner critic, as we begin to wish feelings of inner freedom to all.

Letting Go Of Others' Judgment
This lesson will build on what we worked on yesterday to help loosen the grip of the unnecessary power we give to other people’s opinions. Today you will learn a framework that will help you stay centered whenever you find yourself ruminating over what other people are thinking of you.

Creating A New Relationship With Fear
Everything you want in life can be found masquerading behind a wall of fear. In this lesson, we will learn how the proper amount of fear is actually the sign you’re on the right path. It’s by creating a new relationship with fear that we can make more grounded and skillful choices on how to move forward. This lesson will offer a core practice to help you accept feelings of fear and nerves.

The Confidence Lie
In today's lesson, you will learn the basis of the 'Confidence lie'. What happens when you have to do something, despite feeling confident? Together, we will work on cultivating something much greater than confidence, Courage. In this lesson you will learn practical exercises you can do right away to strengthen your courage muscles.
Lektion 8
Imposter Syndrome
In this lesson, we will explore the all-to-common thought that we're frauds and once people catch onto us, we will be shamed into oblivion. This lesson will help you to transform this thinking and realize that everyone who is putting themselves out there in the world, feels like an imposter. The more successful a person gets, often the more this is true. Our meditative practice will help you to experience that you, my friend, are not a fraud. Far from it.

Sharing Your Gifts With the World
This lesson will help you get out of your own way so that you can make way for your inspiration to come through. You will learn how to trust in your wisdom and stop doubting that what you have to share has any value. Today's meditative practice will help you connect with your purpose so you can freely share your gifts with the world.
Lektion 10
Trusting Your Process
As to be expected, taking a 10-day course doesn’t mean all of your fears are gone and your life is perfect. As you continue to grow, new fears will arise, plateaus will be met, and setbacks will happen. This lesson will help you trust that all is working in your favor and in perfect timing. Trials and roadblocks are a crucial part of the path. Learning to trust the process during these moments is what matters most.
