Welcome to today's meditation about loving yourself fully.
My name is Lou Redmond.
Go ahead and find your meditation space sitting,
Standing,
Lying down.
Find some quiet.
Start noticing your breath.
Some inhales and exhales through the nose.
How as you're breathing start to scan your body.
Notice what feels tense.
With those inhales and exhales release that tension and whatever's ailing you.
You bring a little more sound to your inhales and exhales feeling the air come through your nose and hearing it come back out.
Today's meditation is about loving yourself fully just as you are.
I think a lot of times we neglect the love for ourselves because we are so busy loving other people and making sure that we're making other people happy and then we're doing a good job at work and that we keep our relationships how the other person wants things and we forget that we are the most important factor.
You are the most important because when you have full love for yourself and you can give even more love to everyone around you.
Continue on your breath.
And realize that you can love yourself right now exactly as you are.
You don't have to earn a certain amount of money.
You don't have to look a certain way.
You are fully complete and whole to love yourself as you are.
Continue on your breath some deep inhales through the nose and exhales through the nose.
And we can be hard on ourselves sometimes thinking that we need something to complete us.
To feel fully,
To feel that full love.
So go ahead and think about something that maybe you think you still need.
Maybe you need to be at a certain weight or have a certain title to love yourself.
Think about maybe what that is.
Maybe it's a goal that you're striving for.
Just notice whatever comes up.
And repeat to yourself,
What I would like to happen does not stop me from loving myself fully now.
How I would like things to be does not stop me from loving myself fully now.
How I would like things to be does not stop me from loving myself fully now.
No matter what you think you need,
In this moment you are full love.
It is the essence of who you truly are.
Never,
Ever dependent on something outside of yourself.
Now repeat this either out loud or in your head.
I am love at my core.
I am love at my core.
I am love at my core.
I am love at my core.
Take off the last three words and just repeat.
I am love.
I am love.
I love myself fully right now.
Nothing in the future,
Nothing in the past that holds me back from loving fully now.
Wherever your hands are,
I want you to open up your palms.
I want you to feel like you have generated these two balls of light that are in your hand.
They're balls of love that you've generated.
Feel like you're holding them in your hand.
Feel the love,
Feel your self-love in this moment.
Whenever you're ready,
Bring that love up to your heart and up to your chest and give that love back to yourself.
Feel that love come inside and course through your body.
I am love at my core.
I am love.
I will love myself today fully.
I am love at my core.
At my essence,
At my core,
I am love.
You can put your hands back down or keep them there if you'd like.
Continue on your breath and start to smile.
See how that makes you feel.
Smile in this love that you've cultivated with your breath and with your intentions.
Realize that no matter where you are,
What is happening,
You are always capable of loving yourself fully in this moment.
You never need anything else.
You always have yourself to come back to because you are love.
Now I hope today,
Tomorrow,
Be that love in as much moments as you can and see how the people around you start becoming attracted to that love.

Whenever you're ready,
Come back to your body,
Come back to your breath.
No rush at all.
Come open your eyes and back to your space.
