Conscious Weight Loss — this is a unique approach in that it is not a diet, it is a journey that addresses the most important factor concerning excess weight, the mind, and the deep-seated patterns around food that have been embedded into your being. Here is what will be expected from you while undertaking this transformational experience. You will listen to one meditation every night before sleep for one week. After listening for a week you will fill out a worksheet that will fortify your experience. You should then move on to the next meditation and again listen for one week. Follow this routine until you have listened to every meditation for seven days. The last meditation can be listened to every morning as a reminder of the lessons learned during this course. Self Love
I congratulate you on making the commitment to undertake this Conscious Weight Loss program. This is a unique approach in that it is not a diet, it is a journey that addresses the most important factors concerning your weight, your mind, and the deep seated patterns around food that have been embedded into your being. Here is what will be expected from you while undertaking this transformational experience. You are encouraged to download one meditation every week that should be listened to at least once a day preferably right before sleep. Your weight loss journey begins with this Self Love Meditation. The stronger your feeling of self love and acceptance the quicker you will get results. You must feel that you are worthy of having a healthy body. Fostering the feeling of self love will empower you to do what needs to be done to obtain the body you desire. Listen to this meditation every day this week. I also strongly encourage you to begin a weight loss journal that will be maintained throughout this transformational process.

Getting In Touch With The Source
Here is the next meditation of Dr Kaplan’s Conscious Weight Loss Program. In this meditation you will be guided into a deep receptive state and bring awareness of any people or experiences that have contributed to establishing unhealthy eating habits. Listening will also get you in touch with possible negative feelings about your body. You will be encouraged to lighten your load, forgive, introduce positive affirmations and move on with action steps.

Discarding What No Longer Serves You
In this meditation you will continue to observe and discard habit patterns that no longer serve you and replace them with healthy alternatives. You will also establish an anchor that will serve as a reminder and will be used throughout your weight loss journey.

Meditation On Hunger
Listening to this meditation every night for one week will shift your reaction to the sensation of hunger. Having a new perception of hunger will enhance the shedding of unwanted pounds
Lektion 5
Getting In Touch With and Reducing Sugar Craving
Although the benefits of a sugar-free diet are numerous, it can be a real challenge to avoid sugar. This meditation will help you meet that challenge and no longer depend on empty calories to satisfy your cravings.
Lektion 6
Conscious Eating At The Table
This meditation should be listened to while sitting down to eat a meal. You will be guided to eat consciously, while relaxed and grateful and create a comfortable eating environment. You will be using your anchor to foster a new eating routine and be totally present with the way you are eating. You just may feel satisfied and leave your table before overeating.

Moving Forward After A "Set Back"
Here is the next meditation for the conscious weight loss program. This brief and powerful meditation encourages you to become more aware and more in control of your thoughts and actions when setbacks occur. Listening to this meditation will encourage you to forgive and move ahead with your conscious weight loss regime by tapping into a different part of your brain and taking control when these setbacks occasionally are experienced. You will be given a valuable technique that can be used from this time on that will establish healthy alternatives to established patterns that have created excess weight

Morning Weight Loss Inspiration
Congratulations...You have completed the Conscious Weight Loss Course. The meditations you have listened to have planted seeds in your mind that are designed to transform your relationship to food, your body and your mind. Listening to this meditation as often as possible in the morning will "water" these seeds and make your new body vision a reality!
