Let's bring in the energy of the Eagle.
We will begin by entering a very deep,
Deep,
Receptive state of consciousness.
Lie on your back with your arms at your side and your palms up.
Take a few deep breaths and come into the here and now.
Become aware of your toes and feel them enter into this relaxed state.
Feel this wave of relaxation traveling along the soles and the heels of the feet.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Relaxed.
Become aware of your ankles and release them into this peaceful state.
Your shins and calves are drifting away deeper and deeper.
Feel your knees letting go completely.
Your upper legs join into this resting state.
Now bring your awareness to your fingers and let them go.
The palms,
The back of the hands.
Relax.
Feel your wrists drifting away into this state of tranquility.
Forearms,
Elbows,
And upper arms let go.
Now your arms are just like your legs in this complete state of relaxation.
Lift your attention to your pelvis and let go and keep on letting go until there is nothing left to let go of.
Back and abdomen relax.
Mid back,
Upper back,
Chest,
And shoulders let go.
Feel your neck melting away deeper and deeper.
Chin.
Cheeks.
Lips.
Tongue.
Nose.
Eyes.
Forehead.
And scalp all surrender into this relaxed state.
Now scan your body and feel if there is any area not letting go completely.
Let it know it is safe to let go now.
Become aware of your breath.
Calmly observe this natural rhythm.
Don't let your mind wander.
Keep it on the breath.
Now bring your awareness to your mind.
Observe your thoughts with no judgment as if you are watching a movie.
Now focus your mind on the sound of my voice and remain open to the images and affirmations you hear.
To the Greeks the eagle was the messenger of Zeus.
To the Romans the carrier of Jupiter's thunderbolts and a sign of power.
To the Native Americans the eagle is the brother who flies highest and closest to the creator.
And it is said that we communicate with the creator by listening to the spiritual voice of the eagle.
Now silently repeat the affirmations you are about to hear.
I invoke the revitalizing energy of the eagle to let go of the past and bring healing and creativity into my life.
I can fly above the shadow of the past to connect with my highest self.
I embrace the swiftness of the eagle and make split-second decisions and act decisively.
I have flashes of insight that I take swift action on.
I have the vision of an eagle and the ability to see the big picture as well as all the details that need attention.
My vision is laser-focused as I boldly grasp what is mine.
I am able to rise above the material,
See the spiritual,
And feel the connection to higher truths.
I have a creative and intuitive spirit and see the overall pattern of things.
I am aware of my boundaries as well as the boundaries of others and honor them.
I have the courage to face any threat with every ounce of my strength.
I am willing to do the inner work to reclaim my personal power.
I am aware of my tremendous power and use this power with grace.
Now bring an image of any challenging situation in your life.
Bring in all the minor details.
Now soar to the highest aspect of yourself and allow yourself to see the big picture.
See what you need to do to resolve this situation in a way that is beneficial to all involved.
Know that you will use the energy of the eagle,
Your insight,
Your wisdom,
Your decisiveness,
To bravely and swiftly take action.
Once again,
See how your life is when this is acted upon and no longer in your life.
See yourself allowing the wind to lift you up even higher,
To let go.
Release the grip you have had on this situation.
Open your powerful talons and feel the freedom and lightness as you soar to heights you have never experienced before.
Brave and true,
Filled with greatness and deeply worthy of the respect which is shown to you,
You are the eagle.
May you have the strength of eagle's wings,
The faith and courage to fly to new heights,
And the wisdom of the universe to carry you there.
Now you can choose to return to your usual level of wakefulness and alertness,
Or drift into a deep sleep.

Feel your body and mind becoming more aware of your surroundings.
