Calm Your Overactive Mind is a practical, body-based course that teaches you how to interrupt overthinking through sensation, breath, and present-moment awareness rather than trying to fight or control your thoughts.
Each of the seven lessons introduces one clear insight and one guided practice, building a simple toolkit you can use whenever your mind starts to spiral.
Across the week, you'll learn to spot when you're caught in a mental loop, use physical sensation to anchor yourself in the present, calm your nervous system through breath, stay with difficult emotions instead of analysing them, soften the self-pressure that fuels overthinking, and find stillness without forcing your mind to be quiet.
No experience is needed. Each session is around ten minutes. And by the end of the course, you'll have a reliable, repeatable way to notice when you've been pulled into your head and a simple way to come back.
