Thank you so much Mark for this short, but very inspiring course!! 😃 We often get caught up in daily life & can easily feel lost or unsatisfied with what we have or do. 🫤 This course is a great reminder of the many blessings, kindness, love & richness we actually have in our lives, we just need to pause for a moment to actually realize it! I have always loved helping people & get a real buzz of happiness when I do so. I was on the receiving end the other day of someone else's kind gesture, when a lady & her young daughter gave me a bunch of flowers as I left the supermarket! I felt so blessed with love & happiness from this random act of kindness, that it's still giving me the 'warm fuzzies' a week later ☺️ I now realize that the kindness I have given to others in the past & will continue to in the future, hopefully makes someone else's day/life that much richer.
