Together we explore the purpose of cultivating a loving relationship with your body an how it pertains to the spiritual path as well as getting a starting point for where you are at with your body today.

The Energetic Landscape Of Your Body
This lesson is all about feeling. We will be dropping below the mental stories to begin getting a more intimate understanding of what it really feels like to be in your body. I walk you through a process to gently drop more deeply into your body, feeling the energy and allowing yourself to explore what it's like to be there in a new way - a welcomed break from the mental loops.

Letting Your Body Communicate
This lesson is all about giving permission to your body to communicate with you. It is an opportunity to listen to the signals that it has been sharing and actually pay attention to the stories that you have been both subconsciously and consciously holding towards your body so that you can face the truth. You cannot transform that which you avoid. Headphones are recommended for this process.

Widening Your Perspective
There is so much that the body does that we do not pay attention to. We've loaded it with interpretations and judgements and expectations, completely ignoring the innate intelligence that it has. This lesson is all about seeing the body for the brilliance that it is. I will be guiding you through a process to truly see your body for all that it is, while also witnessing the ways in which you forgot its magnificence over your lifetime. I recommend using headphones for this process.

Letting The Body Lead
Now that you have begun to meet your body more deeply, it's time to create some permission for your body to express in new ways. This is an act of commitment to yourself as you step into your life from a new space. I will be guiding a practice that activates the energy in your body and gives you a chance to play with its expression in an intentional way, feeling your body as your ally. There will be some gentle movement and guidance. Headphones are recommended for this practice.
