If you are noticing that you are trying to control other people, situations, or gripping onto external circumstances, this five-day journey will help you shift your energy from fear back to love so that you can more deeply trust the flow of life. When I think of attachment, I think of an energetic leak where our energy is going towards something outside of us rather than being circulated internally. The gripping we experience is simply a loving nudge to look inward and pay attention to parts of ourselves that are asking for a bit of love. This course will walk you through a series of guided meditations that will address some of the areas that need love and bring you back home. It is designed to be done with a focus on a single thing you're feeling attached to, but it can be applied to multiple areas of your life.


Meet your Teacher

Katie is a guided meditation creator and facilitator of embodied movement experiences that open up channels of communication between the mind and the body. She has guided hundreds of sessions that allow people to explore themselves through visualization and sensation. Though the work with her clients and in her own life, she has seen how everything we experience can be addressed at an energetic level. Having created these practices based on her own lived experience and working with her clients, she is excited to be offering these journeys at a larger scale.

Lesson 1

Love Vs. Fear - Feeling It In Your Body

We must begin with a starting point. This lesson is the opportunity to really feel what your attachment feels like in your body. You will explore the sensations of Love and Fear, and start to look at how your current relationship to this person, place, situation, or thing is feeling overall. We will also explore how attachment is a gift and begin to bring more acceptance to the process.

Lesson 2

Exploring Your Fears

This lesson is about using your attachment as a catalyst for healing. You will learn where your attachment is pointing you and explore the deeper fears associated with letting go. This will be an opportunity for deeper intimacy and acceptance of self.

Lesson 3

Expanding Possibility

We cling to things because they make us feel safe. This lesson is about learning to feel safe in the possibility. What is there for you when you open? What else is available for you when you live with an open heart? What is the point of releasing attachment anyway?

Lesson 4

Gratitude

This is the first step in realigning your energy to receive all that is possible while living from an open heart. Today's process is about bringing more love to the situation we currently have - the right now. We will be working with gratitude to lessen resistance, soften your heart and open your energy field.

Lesson 5

Energetic Realignment

It is time to make the energetic shift - you will be redirecting your energy from that outside source and letting all of your love and energy circulate inward first. This is the final process to opening your heart and releasing attachment so you can love more freely and generously.

The only thing I wish is that each session was longer because I never wanted them to end! But also, it was just the right amount of time, and I’ve already repeated sections to make sure it sinks in and I fully grasp and understand the concepts. Intuitively, I already knew what I learned. But doing this process with you enabled me to move at least some of that knowing from my head to my heart, and for that I am very grateful. And accepting that it is all inside of me is truly what I needed and will always need to remember. Thank you 💜

This hands down included the best meditations I’ve ever done, and I loved how they flowed through each other via one course! The realization that attachment is connected to fear (not love) and how you can feel that in your body, coupled with the visualizations in the meditations made it feel so real. These visualizations also gave me the tools to make progress in letting go and feel like my journey was actionable towards the things I really desire in life. I absolutely imagine I’ll be coming back to this course when I feel gripping around something again. I am so appreciative of the thoughtfulness behind this!
