Find yourself seated somewhere comfortable.

Let your body relax into wherever you are.

And become aware of the body that you have.

Become aware of your breath as you gently breathe in and out.

And with your eyes closed,

I want you to scan from the top of your head.

And follow your body with your mind downwards to your neck.

Noticing your shoulders,

Your arms.

As you travel down your back,

Notice the shape of you.

Every ounce of you is unique.

As you travel down all the way out your arms to your fingertips.

These are your fingertips.

No one else's.

And as you go through your midsection,

Your stomach down to your hips.

I want you to imagine all the energy and life force that is stored in there.

Everything that is you comes from your heart.

Comes from your solar plexus.

Everything that is you is inside.

As you scan down past the hips,

Down your legs.

Notice any part of you that is tense.

And as you relax it,

As you go by.

Letting yourself just be in the body that you are.

This is your body.

You only have one.

This is your key to life on this planet at this time.

There is nothing else like you.

There is no one else like you on this planet.

And I want you to imagine the parts of your body that you don't love.

Just picture them right now.

Parts that you've said negative things to yourself in your head about.

Parts that you've covered up.

And I want you to put your hand on them.

Hold it.

And know that this is just every bit of a part of you as your love,

Your kindness,

Your smile.

This is you.

This has gotten you to where you are today.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it at the top.

And let it go.

Take another deep breath in.

Holding it.

And let it go.

Your body was made for you.

And I want you to acknowledge everything that it has done for you.

Your heart beats for you every second.

Your lungs fill with air.

All day and all night long.

You walk.

You reach.

You stretch.

You swim.

You climb.

Think of all that your body has done for you.

You've fallen down.

Tumbled.

Been sick.

Maybe you've cut yourself,

Broken a bone.

And every time your body repairs itself,

Your body is in service to you and your purpose.

Your body is in service to your soul and to your light so that you can create an impact.

Your body is in service to your mission on this planet.

Without the body that you have,

Every ounce of it,

You would not be creating what you are today.

So as you have your hand on the parts that you don't love,

I want you to acknowledge those parts.

Thank you for being there.

Thank you for repairing yourself.

Thank you for fighting for me.

And whatever is coming up around those parts of your body,

Knowing that they are so authentically you and they are what make you special,

Because we cannot exist in our fullness with only half of us.

They are what makes us whole.

And our body is what has been given to us as the gift in this lifetime to simply be who we be.

So I want you to take another deep breath,

Feeling that body of yours.

Let it go.

Another deep breath in with a thank you in your mind.

Let it go.

You are you.

There is no one like you.

There never will be.

And you are in the perfect spot at the perfect time in the perfect point in your journey in life.

This is your journey and your journey only.

Your path and your path only.

No one else follows your path.

No one else follows your story.

This is you and only you.

So ground into who you be today.

It is all of you.

Every cell,

Every breath,

Every thought,

Every emotion,

Every creation is you.

You are magic and you have it all within you right now to create what you want to create.

Deep breath in.

Let it go with a smile.

You are you.
