
Kick, Release, Peace Guided Meditation

It's time to let go of those negative energies that have been holding you down for years. In this powerful meditation, you will be guided to bring everything up to the surface that has caused you pain and self doubt and finally release them and begin again with fresh energy and empowerment.

Closing your eyes and take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
Really allow yourself to focus on your breath as you breathe in slowly and exhale slowly.
Breathing in slowly and exhaling slowly.
Allowing yourself,
Giving yourself permission to breathe in calm and peace.
And to release all the anxieties,
Stresses,
Frustrations.
All the negatives that have been floating around.
You want to release that on the exhale.
We're preparing ourselves right now for this meditation.
Allowing calm,
Inner peace as you inhale.
And as you exhale releasing and letting go of all the things that don't serve you.
Just feel that energy with the breath.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Just allowing yourself to get centered.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And now I'd like you to take your focus to the crown of your head.
And imagine a light shining above the crown of your head.
And this can be whatever color you choose.
Allow this light to come down to your scalp.
And release all tension from your scalp.
Release all pent up anxieties that you may not be aware of.
Just allow this light to release.
As you continue breathing in slowly.
And just feeling that light release all tension.
See the light coming down to your eyelids.
Releasing any tension in your eyes.
As this light continues down,
Down towards your cheekbones.
Down towards your jawline.
Down towards your neck.
Down towards your shoulders.
And just feel that light release any tension in these areas.
As you continue inhaling and exhaling.
Feel the tension release from your shoulders.
And see this light coming down your arms.
Down to your elbows.
Your arms.
Your wrists and out through your fingers.
And just feel your hands getting heavy and relaxed.
As you continue breathing in and exhaling out.
Feel the release from your abdominals and your chest.
Down to your pelvic area.
Just feel the whole center released with this light.
I mean down from your shoulder blades.
Down through the center of your body.
Your chest,
Your abdominals,
Down to your pelvic floor.
And breathe.
This light is releasing any tension built up in the body.
Over the last few weeks and months.
See that light coming down towards your knees.
Feel the release in the upper part of your legs.
As you release all tension in this part of the body.
You see this light coming down towards your legs.
Your calf muscles,
Down to your ankles.
And down to the soles of your feet.
And breathe.
Just breathe.
And allow the release.
Allow this light through your entire body.
To just release any tension within the body.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Feeling the release.
And feeling the calm.
And allowing yourself to get centered.
To get relaxed.
And to focus on you right now.
To focus on what you need right now.
And as you feel the release.
I want you to imagine all those things that you need to let go of.
See yourself with a big suitcase in front of you.
An empty suitcase.
And what you're going to do.
Is you're going to empty all that stuff that doesn't control you.
But you allowed to control you up until now.
Release all that pent up energy.
See it for what it is.
And put it in that suitcase.
Just keep filling up that suitcase.
With old memories.
Old feelings.
Old doubts.
Frustrations.
Any connections that you've had.
That haven't been positive.
Put it in that suitcase.
Put everything.
All the past that doesn't serve you.
Let's really have a good clear out.
What is it that comes up?
Fears.
Anxieties.
Emotions that don't serve you.
Self-doubt.
Self-worth.
Thinking you're not good enough.
Thinking what if.
Put it all in there.
Put it all in that suitcase.
Now.
And if there's more.
Allow the suitcase to expand.
As it takes all of that stuff.
Just keep emptying everything.
In that case.
The small things.
The big things.
The things you'd forgotten.
The things that linger in the background and come up.
When you least expect it.
Put it all in that suitcase.
Every bit of it.
Just put it in.
Just see yourself do that.
So I go quiet.
I just want you to see that image.
And allow yourself to empty yourself.
Of everything.
Emotionally.
Physically.
Spiritually.
Whatever caused you.
Upset.
Doubts.
Put it all in there.
I want you to rid yourself.
Of it all.
And if you feel stuck.
Ask the universe.
Is there more I need to release?
Is there more I need to let go of?
And just quietly see what comes to mind.
Maybe you notice things that you thought.
You got rid of years ago.
That could be lingering.
Release.
Release.
Release.
Release.
And once you've done that.
I want you to take your focus to your breath for a moment.
And just breathe.
Breathe.
And allow yourself to get to that calm space.
Feel that calmness.
Do you feel clear?
Do you feel like you've released everything into that suitcase?
If you feel that you just need to put more in there.
And see yourself doing it right now.
If you feel that you've put everything in there.
Just focus on your breath for the moment.
And just look at the suitcase opened.
With everything.
Separate from you.
It's not in you no more.
It's separate.
It's away from you.
And now.
I want you.
To close that suitcase.
So close it firmly.
Zip it up.
To your side,
You notice.
A padlock.
I want you to take that padlock.
And look up that suitcase.
Feel.
The empowerment.
Of closing.
Everything.
That doesn't serve you.
Everything that caused.
You upset anxiety.
That brings a self doubt is in that case.
It's not in you.
Now I want you to see yourself.
Kicking that suitcase.
Away from me.
Kick it.
With such force.
And as you kick it.
It's moving further and further away from you.
But you're following it and you're kicking it still.
Because you know,
At the end of that room.
Is a huge.
Drop.
And you're going to kick that suitcase.
From that room.
And you're going to kick it over.
And allow it.
To just drop.
And allow that.
Emptiness.
Keep kicking it.
Feel that energy.
And empowerment.
Of kicking everything.
That doesn't serve you.
Everything that's caused you pain.
Upset.
Just keep kicking it away.
And then.
You see yourself.
I'm into the edge of the room.
And we've just one kick.
That suitcase.
Over.
And as you look over the edge.
You see it.
Down.
Down.
Down.
Down.
Until you can't see it anymore.
Take a deep breath in.
And breathe out.
Feel that release.
No longer in your room.
No longer visible.
No longer in you.
You packed it up and got rid of it.
It cannot take over you.
It's gone.
Feel.
How that feels to you.
Now I want you to take your focus back.
To you.
To your breath.
Back.
To your inner self.
Right now.
Is a new beginning.
Right now.
Is a fresh start.
Right now.
Yes,
You can.
Overcome.
Any obstacles.
That present themselves.
Right now.
You have this.
You've got this.
You've got the power.
To achieve that which you need.
And want to achieve.
Yes.
You can.
Say it to yourself quietly.
Yes,
I can.
I can achieve the success that I want.
I can.
Overcome.
Everything.
The outcome.
Is going to be good.
The outcome.
Is going to work in my favor.
I've got this.
I want you to really feel.
What that feels like.
To tell yourself.
You're going to be okay.
You really are.
Going to be okay.
Quietly repeat after me.
I am okay.
I've got this.
There's nothing.
I cannot achieve.
And feel that connection.
Feel that connection to.
Your unlimited self.
Your powerful self.
Your strong self.
The one that says yes,
I can.
No matter what.
Yes,
I can.
No matter what.
You are a high achiever.
You are a success.
You are already successful.
Where you are.
Right now.
Take that power.
And make it work for you.
You've released.
You've let go.
Of everything from your past.
Everything.
That weighed you down.
There's nothing.
That's weighing you down right now.
Nothing.
I've got this.
Repeat.
These words to yourself.
I've got this.
Nothing is weighing me down.
I've got this.
I am successful.
Already.
Believe it.
Feel it in your heart right now.
Just allow yourself.
To stay true.
To who you are.
To believe.
In you.
To know.
That you have.
All the skills.
To make.
Things work for you.
No matter what.
The good always comes through.
You've got this.
And now take your focus.
Back to your breath.
And just observe your breath.
In.
And out.
Breathing in.
And out.
Just feeling the calmness.
That the breath brings you.
You've got this.
Allow the breath.
To bring you that calm and peace.
Of trust in yourself.
And now become aware.
Of your environment.
I'm aware.
Of your body.
Where you're sitting or lying on.
And slowly.
Start to wiggle your fingers.
And toes.
As you become aware.
Of your physical body.
And take a deep breath.
In.
And breathe out.
Take another deep breath in.
And breathe out.
And take one more deep breath in.
And breathe out.
And when you're ready.
You can slowly.
