This guided visualisation meditation will take you on a journey to feeling good and allows you to open your mind to your unlimited self and begin visualising what you wish to manifest in your life. A great way to feel good, release negative energy, and begin manifesting.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
Just allow yourself to release any negative tension,
Any stresses,
Any negative energy that you've taken in over the course of the day.
Just let it go on the exhale,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just with each breath,
Just feel yourself releasing anything that doesn't serve you.
All of the negative energy that you no longer need.
Today's visualization we're focusing on feeling good and happy thoughts.
So now I just want you to focus on releasing all of that negative energy.
Any conversations you've had with people,
Any stresses that you've taken on,
Any uncertainties,
Any doubts,
Just let them go on the exhale.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just let them go on the exhale.
Releasing and letting go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Giving yourself permission to release all negative energy.
Breathing in and breathing out.
If you feel any tension in your body,
Mind and spirit,
Just let it go on the exhale.
Release it all.
Give yourself permission to relax.
We want to get rid of all the negative stuff,
All the negative things that no longer serves you.
Anything from today,
Yesterday,
The week before the month,
Just let it go.
Exhale it out of your body,
Mind and spirit.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just focus on the breath and observe the breath as you release and let go.
Unwinding,
Relaxing and letting go of everything that doesn't serve you.
Today is all about feeling good.
You want to make room for the positives,
So let's just release the negatives on the exhale.
And now with your mind's eye,
I want you to imagine yourself lying on the grass.
You're in an area where there's fresh grass all around.
No one's around,
It's just you in this open field.
The sun is shining,
The sky is blue and you're just lying,
You're back on the grass,
Looking up at the sky above.
You see a few white clouds hovering at a distance.
Not too many as the blue sky shines through and you feel the warmth of the day on your skin with a slight breeze.
The breeze is perfect,
The heat is perfect,
Not too hot,
Not too cold.
The grass feels comfortable beneath you.
As you lie down,
Your fingers laying on the grass,
Your whole body just feels fresh underneath you.
Feels good just to lie there and look up to the sky and feel the breeze with the warm air on your skin.
This open space is just for you,
No noise around except maybe the rustling of the trees as the breeze hits it,
The birds flying by,
Nothing that disturbs you,
It just feels so good to lie there and let go.
Now in your mind's eye,
You see the sunlight ahead of you,
Not too close,
But you can see the light shining from the sunlight.
Now in your mind's eye,
I want you to see that image of something or someone,
A memory,
Or something you want to manifest in the light of that sun,
The bright yellow sun that's safe to look at because it's at a distance,
It's not strong,
But the light is bright with your vision,
Your vision of happiness.
Maybe you see loved ones enjoying themselves,
Maybe you see something you wish to purchase,
Career opportunity,
That special someone,
Family,
A holiday,
A home,
Whatever that is to you,
You can see that vision in that light,
And it feels so good.
Just observe that vision and connect to the feeling that you feel when you see that vision,
The excitement,
If it's something you wish to manifest,
The excitement of having it,
The excitement of it being yours,
Being there right now.
And right now,
As you observe that vision,
I want you to see yourself in your vision.
I want you to become the observer of you in that vision,
Living it out.
You're with loved ones,
That special someone,
Friends,
Whomever is in that vision with you,
You're interacting now in that vision,
That vision is no longer a distance,
It's a part of you.
See and feel the atmosphere around you,
The laughter,
The joy,
The accomplishment of achieving your goal,
The excitement of having the freedom to tap in to that vision of happiness and being in that happiness,
Experiencing that happiness.
Let your focus be with you in this vision,
Allow your whole being to be a part of this vision.
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
Where are you?
How does it feel?
Are you connecting to the feeling of freedom,
The feeling of happiness?
Be fully part of this vision,
Let it lift your spirit,
Become a vision.
Now as I go quiet for a little bit,
I want you to allow yourself to immerse in the vision,
Allow the picture in your mind to open up and allow yourself to be a part of it fully.
Allow it to take you on the journey,
You may see some things that open up that you would never would have thought you would put there,
But welcome it.
Let the universe guide your vision and allow yourself to be open to the journey.
Allow your vision to expand and be fully a part of it.
You you Feel a connection to the others who are with you in this image.
Maybe there's lots of laughter,
Lots of energy,
Become a part of it.
And if you haven't already,
If there's something you really want to manifest,
Make it a part of your vision.
Even if it's a small part,
Let it be there,
Manifested.
And when you see it,
It lifts your spirit and your soul.
It makes you feel so good that you have manifested it.
And this should bring you so much joy.
Connect to this image.
Put your heart and soul in the vision.
Who do you want around you?
Where do you want to be?
What do you want to achieve?
What do you want to achieve?
Just let the universe guide you and allow your vision to expand.
And now I want you to focus on the feeling good,
The feeling good factor.
I want you to connect your heart to this vision.
Like you've done so with your mind and your feelings,
I really want you now to connect your heart.
Feel that connection within your heart to that which you see,
Whether it includes loved ones there or you by yourself.
Whatever it may be,
This is your journey,
This is your vision.
We are all individuals.
There is no right or wrong.
Allow your heart to open up and take in this vision.
Take in the people around you,
The atmosphere,
The conversations if there are any,
The achievements,
The awards,
The successes,
The connections.
Take it all into your heart and feel your heart open up to the joy,
To the expansion,
To the uplifting feeling when nothing's impossible.
Pure freedom,
Pure unlimited freedom to feeling good.
Allow your body,
Mind and spirit to connect to that feeling good presence.
Feel the energy of your vision within your heart.
Feel the love within your heart.
Feel the joy and the calm and the peace.
Just allow it all to connect to your heart.
Connect to that feel good factor within your heart and breathe it in and enjoy it.
Your vision is a part of you.
Your vision is what you make it.
If within that vision you saw manifestations,
They're there for a reason.
Trust in you,
Trust in your unlimited power and trust in the universe.
And now I want you to see the vision in the light ahead of you as you come back to yourself lying on the grass in the open field where it's just you.
You can still see your vision in that light,
In the blue sky around you with a few clouds,
That light breeze on your skin along with the warmth from the sun,
Perfect balance.
And as you look at that light with your vision,
A smile comes to your face as that is a part of you.
You were a part of it and now it's within your heart.
And now imagine that light getting closer and closer to you and see yourself with your eyes closed on the grass as that vision comes towards you and moves down towards your heart.
The yellow light getting smaller and smaller until it becomes a part of your heart,
That feel-good factor,
That vision's within you.
It's no longer separate from you.
Feel the love,
The calm,
The peace,
The accomplishments,
The joy.
Whatever emotions felt good to you during that whole visualization,
Keep it within your heart and tap into that feel-good factor.
Now I want you to become aware of your true environment,
Taking your focus off the open airfield and bringing your awareness back into the room that you are,
The surface that you're sitting or lying on,
Still feeling that connection to your vision.
Become aware of your body,
Slowly wiggling your toes and your fingers and take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
And take one more deep breath in and breathe out.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
