Find a comfortable seat,

Whether on a chair or a cushion,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

And the thoughts that may be swirling in your mind.

Allow them to gently fade away as you turn your focus inward.

Remember,

You have the power to choose where your attention goes.

Take another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Let go of any stress or pressure you may be feeling.

This is your time to recharge and reset.

Now bring your awareness to the present moment.

Feel the support of the ground beneath you,

Connecting you to the Earth's stability.

Allow a sense of calm to wash over you like a gentle wave.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Envision a bright,

Warm light surrounding you.

This light is your own inner strength,

Your resilience and your positivity.

With each breath,

Allow this light to expand,

Filling every cell of your being with renewed energy.

In the midst of your day,

Remember that you are capable,

Strong and deserving of success.
