Hi and welcome to this full moon meditation.
I'm Kamila Sekar Dalraup and it's a pleasure to guide you.
It's really fascinating to live in alignment with the moon cycle.
Every full moon is a great opportunity and a reminder to really tune in and ask,
With this full moon,
What am I letting go of?
Just like the way we tune in with the new moon and ask,
What are my intentions?
What am I inviting in?
Tonight we will be focusing on the powerful full moon.
So I invite you throughout this practice to tune in with love and compassion for yourself and really ask,
What can I let go of?
What can I release that is no longer serving me?
It's so interesting as you ask that question again and again through this practice.
With this full moon,
What am I letting go of?
What am I releasing?
And then let it go.
Sometimes we hold on to old narratives about ourselves,
Stories about ourselves,
Old patterns that are redundant now in our lives.
Sometimes we hold them in our bodies and sometimes in our minds.
So as we go on this journey tonight,
You have an opportunity to release it in your mind or in your body.
So you can feel free and come home further to your authentic self.
We're all here to evolve,
To grow and to come home to who we truly are,
Deep within.
So if you're ready,
Let's meditate.
Let's tap into this beautiful,
Powerful energy of the full moon.
Get comfortable and then go ahead and close your eyes.
So go ahead now and take a deep breath in all the way down into your belly,
Centering yourself here now.
Do a couple more like that.
Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Just centering yourself.
Becoming aware of what thoughts are present in your mind in this moment.
Just observing what is here,
Welcoming whatever thoughts are here,
Whatever feelings are here.
Through this process,
There's no judgment,
Just observing.
Through this practice,
Also remembering that whatever we are releasing,
Letting go of,
Has been a teacher.
What did it come here to teach you?
How are you wiser in this moment,
Having learned that?
So when you're ready,
Allowing that breath to flow in and out of your nose now.
Letting the breath find its natural rhythm.
See if you can notice that beautiful pause at the end of the out-breath,
Before the next in-breath.
I like to consider that pause right there,
Like the gateway into peacefulness.
Into where the magic and the wisdom lies.
See if you can gaze into that pause right there,
At the end of the out-breath,
Before the next in-breath.
See if each time as you gaze into that space,
It allows you to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Deeper and deeper within.
Starting your journey with this powerful full moon.
If you could go anywhere in your mind right now,
Anywhere in the world,
If you could sit anywhere in the world,
And watch the full moon,
And bathe in the light of this full moon,
Where would you go?
Where would you be?
Go there now.
Why there?
Maybe it's somewhere you feel safe or joyful or calm.
Imagining yourself there now.
Seeing and feeling the full moon light,
Maybe even hitting the top of your head.
And inviting in this beautiful healing light from the full moon.
And ask this energy of the full moon to guide you tonight,
To wherever you need to go.
To connect with the power of the full moon,
The power of letting go.
Endings becoming new beginnings.
Evolving,
Learning.
Tuning in and noticing what you are here to learn about yourself tonight.
And maybe you can notice as that beautiful light from the full moon is flowing down through your body.
You start to feel calmer.
And more relaxed.
You might even notice that there was somewhere in the body you were holding tension or stress or concerns.
You're just letting the light just flow there now.
And you can even ask,
Am I holding something in the body or in my mind here?
That I want to release into this beautiful moonlight.
Let it transform into light.
Is there something here I want to release now?
Just listening,
Listening to your body,
Your mind.
And you can almost imagine if something comes forward that you want to release.
It's like holding a feather on the palm of your hand.
And imagine that feather is representing whatever you're releasing.
And then just gently,
A little blow.
You let it go.
You let it fly.
Release.
Anything that comes to mind today,
That gets stirred up by this powerful full moon that you want to release.
You can imagine being that feather on your hand.
And just gently when you're ready,
Just with a little blow,
Let it go.
That moment of realization.
I can let this go.
I don't need to hold this any longer.
It's powerful.
But before you let it go,
You might want to ask,
What did it teach me?
What did it teach me?
How would that serve me in the future,
Having learned that?
Just observing,
Listening here.
Feeling that moonlight.
Filling your entire body with that light.
Illuminating your body.
A sense of purity.
Cleansing.
Letting go.
And you can let as many feathers fall in the palm of your hand under that full moon as you need to.
Each one representing whatever you're releasing.
And just blow that away until you look down and under the moonlight you see yourself fully relaxed,
Fully illuminated with the light.
With your palm empty.
And then resting your hands back down.
Just enjoying some time here in complete silence.
Just you and the moonlight.
The powerful vibration of this full moon.
Imagining if the full moon could speak to you through its own vibration.
Guide you in some way.
You could just listen now and receive that information in the silence.
Are you ready to receive that now?

What if the message was also here?
To have more love and compassion for yourself.
Where specifically in your life can that apply to you?
Where could you embrace,
Invite in a little more love and compassion for yourself?

Where could you embrace,
Invite in a little more love and compassion for yourself?
Is there anything else that you would like to invite into your life now that you've made space by letting go?

I'd give you some time in silence to just observe that and invite it in.
And then when you're ready,
You can go ahead and thank the full moon.
Thank the full moon for its guidance tonight.
And take a deep breath in sealing this practice.
And either ease into a beautiful night's sleep or come back to the space you're in and open your eyes.
