As you relax deeply here,
You can just allow these positive words to seep into your subconscious mind.
So that your subconscious mind can remember to remember these words and remind your conscious mind every day that you are enough.
That you are worthy and confident,
Whole and complete.
So if you are ready you can just go ahead and get really comfortable and close your eyes.
And it is totally okay to fall asleep whilst listening.
In fact you might feel like the music is lulling you to sleep.
And that's okay because your subconscious mind is listening even when you are sleeping.
And so these positive affirmations will just seep into your subconscious mind whilst you relax while sleeping.
And your subconscious mind will remember to remember these words.
So that these words become a reality in your life.
Just imagine yourself somewhere where you feel safe and relaxed.
Perhaps you are somewhere where you can see the moonlight.
You can feel that your mind and body is preparing to sleep and rest.
And your subconscious mind will just listen.
Allowing the breath to flow in and out of the nose.
The breath very gentle.
I am worthy.
I am lovable.
And I am worthy.
I know that I am loved and supported.
I love and validate myself fully.
I don't need somebody else's validation because I am already validated with him.
I am proud of who I am.
I know that I am enough.
I am worthy,
Whole and complete.
I am loved and lovable.
And always enough.
My subconscious mind reminds me every day that I am enough.
Every day I feel more and more worthy.
More and more confident.
Every day when I look myself in the mirror I remember to tell myself I love myself fully.
I am proud of who I am.
I am confident and I believe in myself.
I am enough.
I am whole and complete just the way I am.
I am so proud of myself and the person that I am.
I feel heard and seen in the world.
And I communicate with ease what I need for myself in relationships.
I speak to myself with kindness because that's what I deserve.
I respect myself.
I love and validate myself fully.
I am worthy of love because I am lovable.
I have great empathy for myself.
And every day I feel more and more confident.
And even in moments where I may feel like I want to be a little more confident,
I remember that I believe in myself.
That I am worthy and enough always.
And so then I find the confidence.
My confidence is building every day.
I am brave and courageous.
And I am able to do things that I desire because I feel enough.
I feel worthy.
I feel heard and seen in this world.
I know that I matter in this world.
I believe in myself.
I don't need other people's validation because I have already validated myself.
I am proud of who I am.
I embrace everything that makes me unique.
I bring my uniqueness to everything I do in this world.
I am proud of myself.
I am confident.
Letting these words just seep into the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is like a sponge.
Absorbing these words,
Making them a reality.
So that every time you look yourself in the mirror,
You can say,
I love myself.
I love who I am.
I am enough.
And you can feel really good about yourself.
You can feel proud of yourself.
And the subconscious mind can remind your conscious mind every day.
That you are always enough.
Fundamentally,

That aligns with my values and beliefs.

And I bring all of this with me into every situation in my life.
I walk into every situation in my life.
With the feeling of being enough.
Knowing that I am enough.

And that I believe in myself always.
And it feels good to believe in myself and to know that I am enough now.
That I am loved.
Unlovable.

And then you just let my voice fall away now and ease into sleep.
Let all of these positive words seep into your subconscious mind now.
So that you can wake up tomorrow and your subconscious mind can remember to remind you of all of these feelings and words.
