Meet your Teacher

Camilla Sacre-Dallerup is an international best-selling author, life coach, and mindful living expert. As an NLP master practitioner coach, certified hypnotherapist, and meditation teacher at the renowned Unplug Meditation Studio in Los Angeles, she has been inspiring clients around the world to live their best life and reach their full potential for over a decade. Before beginning her life coaching and motivational speaking business in the UK 10 years ago, Camilla spent more than 25 years as an athlete, competing as a professional ballroom dancer, and went on to become part of the original cast of Strictly Come Dancing, the UK’s version of Dancing With The Stars. After 6 years on the show and winning the trophy in 2008, she left to focus on her wellbeing business. Her first self-help memoir was published in January 2015. Entitled "Strictly Inspirational", it is based on the premise: “How I learnt to dream, act, believe to succeed”. She went on to write her second best-seller, "Reinvent ME - How to Transform Your Life or Career" in 2017 and her latest book, "It’s Not You, It’s Me" became an instant global hit when it was published in 2019 and is now available in multiple languages. Camilla founded her life coaching, hypnosis, and meditation practice, ZENME, in LA, and her client list of celebrities, producers, and businesses span from Porsche to HULU to YouTube. She has made it her mission to inspire the world to meditate and take time for self-care every day. She is a coach who walks the walk. Everything she teaches she has tried and used in her own career. She loves sharing helpul mind tools with others, so they too can feel great inside out. Her deep understanding of the mind-body conenction, cultivated through her years as an athlete, comes through in all of her work. Camilla was born in Denmark, where she spent the first 20 years of her life. She moved to the UK and spent the next 20 years ther. Words. One of the most influential tools we have quite literally at the tip of our tongue. Today, we dive into the emotive topic of self-talk, understanding how we can build up our self-awareness and ensure our internal and external chatter is as positive and supportive as it can be. Combining practical exercises such as visualizations with an awareness-raising practice, you can emerge from the sixth day of this course feeling more confident, less stressed, and more in love with yourself.
