Hi,
This is the I am here now meditation with me,
Kamila Sekhar Dhalerabh.
I hope you're sitting comfortably now,
Ready to meditate with me.
Let's take three deep breaths in together now.
Letting go of any to-do list,
Anything you forgot yesterday or you need to remember tomorrow,
For the next five minutes,
Just let it go.
Tuning in fully to that beautiful nurturing breath,
Coming in through your nostrils,
Travelling all the way down into your belly and out.
Allowing the body to relax just a little bit deeper now with each out-breath.
And as the thoughts will come and go,
You may notice sounds.
Allow the words of,
But I am here now to gently guide you back each time a thought comes.
Allowing that breath to nurture your entire body.
Keep bringing your focus back to the words,
But I am here now.
Allowing you to be present in this very moment.
Allowing you to just for this moment,
To be one with your breath,
To enjoy not having to judge or control anything.
But allowing the thoughts to come and go as you gently bring your focus back to the present moment with the nurturing words,
But I am here now.
Each time the mind wanders as it will,
Gently bring it back to the breath and how it feels in the entire body as you breathe deeply into your belly and out.
Using the words,
But I am here now.
Anchoring you in the present moment.
Allowing for focus and clarity in this moment.
Allowing for anything else that's going on in your life to be wherever it is as you stay present and anchored in this present moment,
But I am here now.
Try and link the words,
But I am here now to the rhythm of your breath.
Allowing the mind and body to relax just a little bit deeper now.
Allowing the mind and body to rest just a few minutes.
I am here now.
I am present and aware of thoughts and sounds and my breath.
I am staying anchored in the present moment with the words,
I am here now.
And I want you to know that throughout the day,
When your thoughts may pull you to the past or pull you to the future,
You can bring your focus and awareness back to the present moment using the simple words,
But I am here now.
And let that bring you back to being present,
Focused and fully in the moment.
Just enjoying a few more seconds of this deep stillness within and around as you take your next breath in,
Bringing you back to the room,
Opening your eyes ready for a beautiful day ahead.
