Jud Brewer (“Dr. Jud”) is an internationally known expert in mindfulness training for addictions. He studies the brain mechanisms of mindfulness to create clinical programs for people struggling with anxiety, emotional eating, and smoking. He is an associate professor and director of mindfulness research at Brown University and the executive medical director of behavioral health at Sharecare Inc. He is the author of the New York Times best-seller 'Unwinding Anxiety,' and 'The Craving Mind'.
