Jeffrey Klausman believes that developing a rational foundation for mindfulness can greatly enhance one’s practice and lead to greater peace in oneself and the world. A retired college professor, he has studied rhetoric, philosophy, psychology, the nature of consciousness, and religion for over forty years. He is a seasoned mindfulness practitioner and author of two college textbooks, a collection of poetry, two books of short stories, and dozens of academic journal articles, book chapters, and white papers. He joined the Insight Timer community in 2017.
