Every behaviour has an unconscious positive intention. When your behaviour is no longer aligned with your purpose or outcomes (has become a bad habit), it is possible to get in touch with your unconscious mind to realign your behaviour in a way that works for you. Note that the change will occur on an unconscious level, and you may not be immediately conscious of it, or of answers to the questions at a conscious level. Just allow your mind to wander and trust your unconscious to do the work.
